We bought this for the larger capacity air fryer but have found it to be quite versatile. Not only does it air fry but also bakes, toasts, and broils. If I had any complaint and the only reason it did not get 5 stars is because it should come with 2 baskets and wire racks to be able to air fry more at once.

This device works wonderfully. I’m sorry I didn’t buy it a long time ago. I got this one because it’s a nice size, and large enough to cook a whole meal, if need be. No need to heat up the whole house with the oven anymore, I can heat up or bake something simply and quickly with this. Air Frys and Bakes. I air fried some chicken wings, they came out amazing. My sweet-potato fries came out nice and crunchy. And this weekend, I baked a cake, it came out great. Definitely worth it.

Love how it cooks. Easy to clean. My meals have come out amazing. Toasts, bakes, broils very well. I made air fried spanish chicken legs and it was like my moms fried chicken legs. All I needed was the rice and beans, lol!
I made broiled fish and it was perfect. I am so glad I bought this toaster oven

Looks elegant and makes chicken wings in minutes!
I’ve been shopping for an air fryer for months but I couldn’t find any affordable quality products suited for a family of 5.
I couldn’t be happier with my chefman air fry toaster oven. It looks great on my counter and clean up is so easy and cooking is simple and does not heat up our apartment like our stove/oven did.
Perfect for cooking and baking on those hot days

Bought this product in May 8th 2020 and it cooked/air fried very well until it finally gave up on April 20th 2021. Sometimes I would have to slap the oven to get it working. Luckily CHEFMAN sent me a new model within warranty (New Model sent to me was : RJ50-SS-M20) Gonna see how the new model holds up...
Pros : It was very spacious. Can definitely put a whole chicken with ease no problem.
Cons :
- Quality wasn't all there. The knobs can be taken off with a slight tug.
- Convection fan was kind of loud and it would rattle the enclosure of the Air fryer sometimes.
- Some reviews mentioned that it did cook a bit slower compared to a smaller air fryer but for its sheer size, i made more food in one sitting than a smaller air fryer that i had to take out multiple times so I guess the sheer size made up for the lack of cooking power but it still cooked kind of slow. (Cooking chicken drumsticks took almost an hour and a half even after I scored the meat, and flipped.)
To conclude, i would've LOVED it if it seriously lasted. My old Black & Decker Toaster oven was a regular toaster oven but for half the price, it lasted me 5 years so far. I hope CHEFMAN fixes these quality problems.

---HIGHLIGHTS---
Combo Air Fryer/Toaster Oven That Bakes, Broils, Fries, and Toasts. Extra Large Capacity. Attractive Stainless-Steel Finish.
DESIGN AND CONTROLS:
All the control knobs are labeled and self-explanatory. Just load the basket with food, then select the cook mode and cook time. It couldn’t be easier to use.
The cooking modes are: Air Fry, Bake, Broil, Toast, and Warm. All the modes work quite well, but the one I used the most is Air Fry. The Air Fry setting fries food with hot air and simulates frying with oil.
The 26-quart capacity should be more than enough for all but the largest of cooking tasks.
This oven is very powerful and can get very hot. This is very important because high heat is necessary for an air fryer to get foods like French fries and chicken crispy.
No oil is required to air fry which is critical for the health conscious. I had to give up fried foods for health reasons and being able to cook with no oil has allowed me to enjoy the taste of fried foods again. If desired, a small amount of oil can be used to enhance the taste.
All the included components are nonstick and dishwasher safe. Cleanup is very easy and most of the time the basket and pan do not need to be washed and all that is needed is to wipe them down.
This oven has a large capacity but a relatively small footprint. This is because it is taller than it is wide. So, it doesn’t take up as much counter space as you might think. Just make sure you have enough room under your cabinets if that is where you are going to store it.
VERDICT:
This do it all, combination air fryer and toaster oven, is a must have for the kitchen. It saves valuable counter space by eliminating the need for a separate air fryer and toaster oven. Not only does it do all the things I would expect out of a convection oven, but the air fryer mode allows me to again enjoy the crispy, delicious fried food taste that I had to give up for health reasons.
If you have never had an an air fryer before I recommend you get this appliance. I think you will probably wish that you had gotten it sooner. Once you have tried it, you will not know how you lived without it!

I have had several convection ovens, but never an air frier. My very expensive name brand convection/microwave w/inverter tech stopped heating to the correct temp (still microwaves fine), but I was accustomed to using it for small jobs like baking potatoes and other small dishes, so I didn't need to heat up my big oven. But I can't wait to try making some fries, I've never wanted a deep fryer, and if air frying works, I'm excited to use it.
My wife suggested we start with a brownie, as we know what temp to make it and how long it normally take to make in our oven; Thinking I get a brownie out of it we move forward. I read all the directions, made sure all the stickers/plastic wrap were removed, and I've cleaned the pans/racks and wiped down the oven, and by then we have batter in the 8x8 pan, there was lots of room to spare. I set the temp to 325, and then wonder how I'll know it's preheated to the set temp. I consult the manual, and if basically says it will be pre-heated after 5 minutes. I was expecting a ding or a light or something but no, add five minutes to the cook time, and insert after 5 minutes I guess. It will ding when the timer expires, and you can hear the timer while it running, and the interior light will be on while cooking. So we set the timer to 30m (must pass 20m to set any time), wait 5m and inset the brownies. During the initial uses of the toaster oven, there was a "new" smell. After the the ding we remove the brownies, test the bake with a tooth pick and declare them done. First test successful, it bakes just like a big oven; brownie moist from edge to edge with a slight hard crunch on the edges.
Just after that we baked a big baked potato, on convection at 350, after an hour it was not done (as expected), but I needed to add time to the timer. Another 30m I figured, (as this is what I'd need in my big oven). A ding later, they are just right, a nice crunch on the outside and soft and steamy inside. Another success, except for needing to add time to the timer.
Finally on to some steak fries, I make 1/2 the bag, not quite covering the bottom of the basket with a single non-over lapping layer. I put the included black under the basket in the lower bottom rack slot and put the basket on top (removing the rack). Set the temp to 420 and select air-fry and set the timer to 33m (28+5 preheat). Through the window I can see some bubbling on the fries after about 20m, and they start to smell like fries after about 25m. I'm excited, it looks like it working. Then ding, I use the basket grab to remove the fries, get my salt grinder and grind some nice pink himalayan sale over the hot fries. Move them to two plates, and ask my wife what she thinks (she's the only opinion that matters). Two thumbs up, and a surprised look on her face, these are really good. Not at all like trying to make fries on the oven she notes, these taste like they been gried, but not greasy. Yea!
Next I try warming some turnovers for breakfast, I turn the timer past 20 set convection bake, and keep my eyes on them, once I see the course sugar melting I know they ready. At about 7m I declare them done and turn off the oven. I finish breakfast plating, and slide the turnovers on to each plate, still hot, and a little crunchy. Mission accomplished, just as desired.
Later I melt some cheese on bread for ham sandwiches, and warm the ham with the broiler - perfect, but you have to close the door to use the broiler, this I'm not used to, but I'll adjust.
So far, I'm really happy with the Chefman toaster oven - air fryer; but I have two complaints, I wish the timer could go longer then 60m, and I wish there was some notification that the over was up to temp (at least for baking (preferably show me the oven temp on a LED display)). I'll probably find a small oven thermometer for a couple of bucks, but wish it was on the unit. Other than that it works very well, I'm happy share some valuable counter top space with this multi-function toaster oven.

Not Your Average Toaster Oven

What comes in the box: The toaster oven, an air fry basket, an adjustable wire rack for broil, etc., a baking/broil pan, a drip tray and a wire holder/handle for handling hot trays. The quick start guide, user manual and a small recipe book is also included.
Not a good first impression – After following instructions, I plugged in the appliance and it immediately started heating up with the inside light on. Luckily I emptied the interior of bubble wrap before plugging the appliance in as per instructions. I could not for the life of me figure out how to turn off the appliance or inside light, other than opening the door. I made sure that the Toast dial was off and the temperature dial was off, but it continued to heat up and the light stayed on. I finally figured out that the dial needs to be in the Toast position for this appliance to stop heating and the light to turn off. There is no actual on or off. Nowhere in the instructions did I see how to turn this machine off completely. I really feel that the start up instructions should be more detailed.
Once I took the time to figure out how to turn this on and off…I absolutely love this versatile appliance. This is certainly different than anything I have experienced using in the kitchen. Rather than hauling out the air fryer that takes up way to much space on my counter, this is an appliance that I can use in multiple ways for anything in the world I could want to cook or air fry. You won’t mind having this on your countertop and putting away the air fryer and toaster. You just need this one appliance. Heating food up in this toaster oven is so much better than using the microwave. Textures of food come out so much better. You don’t lose the crispiness and food doesn’t get tough to chew if you overheat it. It is so much healthier than a microwave.
I must admit that I loved using my air fryer, but not having as much counter space as I needed I got rather lazy about hauling out the air fryer from the cupboard and at times would even forget that it was there to use. l do have another regular style toaster oven and love it, but this is saving me so much precious counter space and has the added features.
Air frying is so much healthier for you than using butter, cooking oils, etc. on your food. You can actually think of it as a money saver. You are not having to use your electric oven with all that wasted heated space and not buying, as much, if any cooking oils, butter, etc.
Air Fryer:
Air fried foods are just as tasty if you were frying them using just a small amount to no oil whatsoever on your meals, not to mention the easy clean up without oil splattering all over everything. Yes this can do it.
Conventional Oven:
Cooking all your favorite foods you can cook in a conventional oven. Yes this can do that.
Convection Oven:
Faster cooking than an oven. Better than a microwave. Yes this can do that.
Toaster:
Toast - 2 - 6 slices depending on bread size. I never did try this in my original convection oven, but decided this was the time to do it while testing it out. Yes, this can do it.
This would definitely be a 5 star review, if I didn’t have so much trouble setting this up and I do hope this review helps others if they run into the same problem, because this appliance is really worth having.

Nice All-in-one Toaster, Oven & Air Fryer
Up until I received the Chefman RJ50M Toast-Air Air Fryer and Convection Oven, I had never heard of the Chefman line of products for the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of use and flexibility of this unit. Setup was straight forward and use of the unit is pretty simple. The knobs are clearly marked. I did notice a bit of a plastic type smell the first time I fired it up, even after giving it a good wipe down prior to plugging it in. After some research on their web site, it was recommend to heat the unit up for 10-20 minutes, at 350, prior to cooking. I still noticed a small smell the next few times, but the smell is gone now.
Toaster
This unit has replaced my smaller toaster oven and I’m very happy to give up some counter space for this larger unit due to all of the functionality. The toaster settings are very easy to use and I find that it works more quickly than my old toaster. I’ve toasted bread, muffins, and English muffins to a perfect consistency.
Oven and Convection Oven
Due to the size and capabilities of this unit, I’m discovering I can use it in place of my full-size oven for a lot of the baking we do. Pizza and brownies now go into this unit instead of our full-size oven. Not only does it bake a lot faster, I find that the consistency of the food is better, especially when using the Bake with Convection mode.
Air Fryer
This is the first time I have owned a device for air-frying. The first item I tried was tater-tots. The instructions called for 4-5 minutes in a deep fryer. I got a very nice crispy outside and cooked but moist inside consistency with 10 minutes in air-fryer mode. The tots were very enjoyable without the mess and added calories of deep frying. I’ll be using this mode for a lot of different dishes.
The Chefman Website
A nice add-on to for any Chefman device owner is the Chefman.com web site. Not only will you find product guides and information, but the Club Chefman is a great source of recipes. I needed a code from my User Guide to register, but it was missing. I contacted support via email and I had a code the very next morning. So, it is nice to see their support staff is so responsive.
Overall, I’m very pleased with this unit and I highly recommend it to anyone needing an multi-purpose air-fryer toaster oven.

I’ve had the best experience with this toaster oven. You must clean the oven first as the instructions states or the oven will smoke. I love the conventional option as it cuts your cooking time in half. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase.

This thing is terrific.
I just moved into a place that didn't some with an oven, and I've been making do with a hot plate, a microwave, and an electric grill for the past month while I recoup my finances from my move. I got this primarily for baking, but I've quickly discovered that it's able to do so much more.
This Chefman can: Bake, Convection Bake, Broil, Convection Broil, and Air Fry.
I'd never used a convection oven before, and I was wowed by how quickly it cooked (side note: if using convection bake, you'll need to adjust cooking times and/or temperatures. It cooks MUCH faster at a much lower heat. I made au gratin potatoes, and the directions said to cook for 25 minutes, and they were done in about 15).
The first use was a little scary as it released an awful smell and small amounts of smoke starting coming from the machine. Be careful, but DON'T PANIC. Later uses I did not encounter this at all.
I like the fact that the unit automatically turns off once the timer hits zero. The one drawback to this is that you're limited to a maximum of 1 hour for cooking.
The unit was large enough to easily fit my glass casserole dish, and I'm anticipating using this for baking cookies and small cakes in the near future.
The air fry function is great. I chopped up a potato, lightly tossed it in olive oil with some salt and pepper, and 40 minutes later I have french fries.
I really can't recommend this oven enough. It's absolutely awesome.

My in-store purchase turns out to be a cheaper version of what has been reviewed and pictured/videoed here. The product has been revised and no longer includes accessories that have been glamorized by the 50+ 4 or 5 star reviews -- all received in the last month alone -- before my purchase.
There is no longer a handle for removing racks included, and the wire rack used for baking/toasting was changed to a flat and cheaper rack. I had to flatten the provided rack out before it properly hold itself in the grooves inside the appliance. Not good.
The quality is very poor for the overall purchase. The screws in the door for example -- are all screwed in at different levels of tightness. Some screws are flush, others are screwed in too far -- bending the metal and damaging the overall function of the door, being able shut flush and to hold heat in. The door on this one is not flush on the leftside.
The air fryer takes too long to properly cook the food I tried. This is nothing more than a glorified convection oven. It may be great for that -- but not air frying.

Cookies, pizza, banana bread, are all things I have made in this bad boy! Light comes on and oven shuts off automatically when the door is opened which is a great feature. It comes with a baking sheet to do cookies on as well. Spend a little extra and get this vs a traditional air fryer, you won’t regret it!

CHEFMAN - 26.4qt Toaster Oven Air Fryer - Stainless Steel
Like most everyone else I know my wife and I both have long commutes and full time jobs. So we are always looking for ways to make our downtime our own. And like most people we don’t have downtime until we're done with dinner. So when you get the opportunity to not just save time in the kitchen but also can quickly make a great dinner it really is a nice addition not just to our cooking options but to our day. The Chefman Toaster Oven has been a real pleasure to use and the options it gives us has been a real value for us. It opens up so many options from roasting a full chicken to warming up leftovers. I will admit we still have a lot to learn to take advantage of all the options available in this oven. But we can already tell that as we learn more it is going to be even easier to use and explore better ways to take advantage of all it has to offer. Since we have had this oven we haven’t even used our bigger oven. Having it sit on the counter top makes it so easy to both use but also keep clean and it also looks great. The oven comes with a cookbook but it's really more of a way to get you started. We will be looking for a more comprehensive cookbook since the options available are more then I would even try to list here. The oven includes pretty much all of the accessories you will need so right out of the box we were able to put it to use. The controls are easy to use and the internal lighting is a nice touch. This is especially true as new users who are not quite sure when your first steaks are done broiling. With this toaster oven I am pretty sure our bigger oven will not be used much which will save us time, money and it will stay cleaner. For a working couple or anyone who likes to save money and eat healthy this is really a great addition to our cooking options.

The CHEFMAN - 26.4qt Toaster Oven Air Fryer in Stainless Steel is an attractive, multi function oven that keeps food warm, toasts bread, bagels, etc., broils, bakes, and air fries. It is aesthetically pleasing with its sleek, stainless steel finish while not overtaking you kitchen counter real estate. I like that it easily can be placed under your upper cabinets without protruding too far out. It is especially spacious for cooking full size chickens and pizzas.
I put it through most of its paces including baking, broiling, air frying, toasting. The toasting is great because it has its own control dial that you can set from the lightest of light to the darkest of darks. The second dial from the left allows you to specifically set the temperature, but the time set is a little odd because rather than going straight to the exact time like 15 minutes you go to 20 minutes and then back off until you get to your desired exact time of cooking.
I really love the metal handle that can be attached to any of the cooking trays that enables the chef not to have to either use a towel or gloves to actually take the tray out of the hot oven. This handle attaches to the edge of the cooking tray and enables you to take it out of the oven and then place it on a surface that is okay with heat like a trivet or cutting board.
There is a drip cover at the bottom to catch crumbs and the debris from cooking. I have always like to line that with tin foil for easy care, but the instructions specifically say not to do that. However, that crumb catcher does slid out for cleaning. Overall, I am very pleased with this oven

The Chefman Toaster Oven Air Fryer (stainless steel) is a great looking addition to my kitchen countertop. It’s a combo device that can do a whole lot of different types of cooking in a single package. You can broil, bake, toast, warm, and of course air-fry. Temperature ranges from 200 degrees up to 450 degrees. The analog dials are a welcome feature for me, and they are straight forward and easy to use. I am not sure how accurate the temperature markings are since I don’t have an oven thermometer to test with. I did notice that the air-fryer feature doesn’t seem to be as robust as a stand-alone air fryer. For example, cooking fries usually takes me about 5-7 minutes, but with this, they were nowhere near done and I had to cook them for nearly 20 minutes. Cooking a frozen pizza in this was super easy and it came out perfect and making toast turned out pretty good as well. So far with my testing of cooking with the different methods, I found that it will do them all, but not as well as some stand-alone units will…. sort of a jack of all trades, but master of none type deal. I am still happy with this overall and I don’t regret having it.
Pros:
Very nice looking
Has multiple options for cooking
Easy clean up with dishwasher safe trays
Plenty of room and tray positions to accommodate different foods
Baking and broil function seem to work best
Outside of unit doesn’t get hot enough to burn, but it will get warm
Vented air seems minimal so you can place close to a wall
Cons:
Air Fryer feature doesn’t seem to work as well as a stand-alone
