we just got this delivered and I’m so happy I ordered it. It came in a box with several pieces so you could carry them separate and not be so heavy. I hired a guy to put it together took an hour. The quality is great, comfortable good looking. I can’t believe it has heat Massage and swivel as well as electronic performance to put feet up as you’d like.

Not enough cushion in the arms and the vibration's really low even on high.

Chair is very low quality. Arrived damaged and took several emails back and forth and getting Best Buy involved to get a return label and our money back.

Expanding sides velcro seating just the cheap feel of everything. And customer service it absolutely non existent. Look elsewhere!
