Great PC, poor Best Buy Comminication

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The pc was delayed from Best Buy’s original time estimate, and I didnt find out until the evening of the day it was supposed to be delivered. Im fully aware of delays in shipping during the holiday season and that doesnt bother me. What bothered me is not getting an answer from anyone at Best Buy even though they have tracking. I finally was told arrival date after talking to someone in store. The online help center and customer service center all gave me different answers which were all proven wrong. The PC was very well packaged by CLX and functions great. Love the 9800x3d. 5 stars for CLX, 2 stars for Best Buy, and they only get 2 because of the 24 no interest offer that ultimately led me to buy from them instead of Amazon or Newegg.

So obviously there was a back order issue, the build is great! It runs fantastic just know if u are ordering it, it can take longer than it says be patient it will pay off!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This gaming Pc is very good , the instore pickup was delayed by a couple of days , 3 to be exact and i waited a total of 3 weeks for the product to arive at the store. After talking to best buy rep on the phone they provides me a tracking number so i know when the pc aroves at the store. The day of pick up i had to wair 4 hours because the item was not ready even tough ups delivered it a few hours prior but in the end i got my product after going through the hoops at my local best buy. In general i this pc is worth the money you pay for it , rtx 4080 super , 64 gigs ram, amd 98003xd , im mean what else do you need for this price , a 4090 would add another 1000$ to the total proce so id rather get the 4080 and one day upgrade to a 4090 but for the tike being im very happy with this PC

Ordered one was given a delivery date by Best Buy and had to be home to sign for delivery so made plans accordingly and day of delivery get an email it was delayed. Still no ETA and Best Buy is no help to let me know if this PC will ever arrive. CLX has no intention of sending this PC out, save your money buy a more reputable brand from a site that can offer actual assistance over Best Buy.
