Ordered 2 of these and both arrived in excellent condition but there were 2 issues: during shipping, the keyboard included in one of them got damaged and one of them did not have a power cable included. Not a big deal as I already had power cables and my own keyboard but for consumers buying a PC their first time, this might present a bigger concern. The case itself has good airflow capability. The vents on the front are about 1 1/2 inch long. In terms of the actual airflow it could be better but it's not super bad. The idle temp of the CPU is around 53 celsius, and the graphics card required different placement of the bottom fan in the front causing it to be placed within the vent gap rendering very little to no airflow to go through. It would've been better to place that bottom fan as an exhaust above the CPU. Don't be fooled by the GPU in the pictures. Both PCs came with XFX 5700XT(which is good, XFX is a solid manufacturer). The power supply is a 750watt APEX. 2 issues with the PCs themselves though. Both PCs did not have their 3TB hardrives pathed, meaning a consumer not good with computers would find that their 3TB harddrive is not showing up but it's an easy fix. Last issue is that the ram is 3000Mhz but the PC is only utilizing 2133Mhz. It's also an easy fix and may not matter to some. You can expect a benchmark score over 9000 (meaning good gaming pc). Mine came out to around 9350 with an additional 16GB of ram. GPU temp averaged 73 celsius, peaking at 77 and CPU temp peaking at 72. Overall this is a solid gaming PC. You could technically build this PC yourself for around $1300 so in my opinion it's a good value if you consider the additional $260 is for labor and peace of mind knowing that if it doesn't work upon arrival or something is broken you could get it replaced with no money out of pocket. Only reason why it wasn't 5 stars for me was mainly the hard drive issue, missing power cord and front-bottom fan placement.

Purchased this to replace my wife's 11 year old 1st generation corei5 based pc. Also purchased and installed the Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB SSD and added an additional 16GB of RAM. Runs like a dream. Handles everything we throw at it with ease. Running dual monitors as well as my wife uses it to work remotely. Boots are lightning fast and games load in a flash. Thermal specs are well within the safe range. Build quality is very good. Includes a beefy 750 watt power supply. Motherboard is an ASROCK B450M ac. If you plan on a ram upgrade be sure to research in advance on the ASROCK website to ensure full compatibility with the motherboard. Installed graphics card is an XFX AMD Radeon™ RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 THICC III. Very very good graphics card. Running all her games at 2550×1440 with all the bells and whistles at very high frame rates. Setup was very easy.Worth every penny.

Great build quality. Came earlier than expected. All of the components were as described. The only issue was that you need to change the RAM speed in the bios. It’s set to the default 2666 instead of the 3200 that my computer came installed with. Besides that the machine is flawless and fast. Highly recommend.
