Runs GTA5 FM well and for hours. It does not overheat, but the door opens if I want to let more air in. I haven't had to try that so far. Games download fast. The only downfall is the available space. With this one you might need an external hard drive if you want a lot of games on it.

I bought this item at the beginning of the month and just received it two weeks ago. It is already having problems and regularly crashes whenever I play games. I turned off overclocking and lowered graphic settings and reinstalled the driver and still it kept crashing. After trying to fix it myself, I decided to contact support. only to be told that I must pay $149 to get some help. After being told that I went to the main manufacturers site was finally helped by their customer service which they told me that the cooling system was damaged or may have been defective in the shipping process. Kind of disappointed in Best Buy since I’ve been shopping with them for a little while and they’ve been so reliable and now, since I make a bigger purchase, support stops. Take my advice never buy a pre-built from Best Buy ever.

I like the easy process of ordering online and picking up the computer at tge store. As far as computer my son likes it. Only one complaint, it came it the wrong fan and but they send a replacement.

It stop working after 10 Days of using it, I got on the 12th went away on the weekend came back on 23rd stopped working on the 29th, they did nothing bad for business.

Has been able to play whatever I throw at it with very minimal effort. Also allows me to generate ai art with stable diffusion.
