Great PC, Not the best QA.

Good PC but it stopped turning on after less than after 2 weeks. I returned it under defective as it’s the power supply.
I would recommend this to a friend

Please know that the system - including the power supply - was thoroughly tested, prior to being shipped. Unfortunately, there are those times when a component develops an issue, or only first expresses an existing issue, after transit and/or further usage.
Please also know that had you contacted our Friendly Support Team, we would have gladly diagnosed and remedied the issue for you, as the system was well within our 1 Year Parts, Lifetime Labor Warranty.

first time buying a gaming computer and very disappointed in the specs it says it blue tooth and wifi ready which it is no i had to buy a wifi adapter and now looks like i have to buy a blue tooth adapter as well very disappointed for the price of this computer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This system does indeed normally ship with WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities; we regret that due to human error, the system you received did not.
Please know that had you contacted us prior to purchasing an adapter, we would have gladly sent you one, free of charge of course, at that time.
In fact, we see you did contact us recently, and that our Support Team is already working with you, having provided a WiFi/BT adapter to remedy the oversight.

It’s good have one issue with not wanting to let me use the mic I have but was able to use a usb mic that works just fine
