This PC is already failing at less than 3 months old. It makes me sick. I read reviews before I bought this and thought that I was getting a good gaming PC. The graphics card already has some kind of issue and I am going to have to spend money i do not have replacing it. People don't have unlimited money, and this is the 2nd computer I have bought from best buy in the last 2 years that had issues much faster than it should have and there is absolutely nothing that they will do about it. This was what I replaced the first bad computer I bought with, and it ended up costing me 500 a month. 500 for each mnonth it ran. I am so disappointed. Spend your money elsewhere, as Best Buy just sells them, they don't care if they are quality or not and will not help you in any way.

After one year of having this PC the fans went completely and there were so many hardware issues that it had to be completely replaced. Waste of almost $1800

  When properly maintained, it is very unusual for all of the fans in a system to fail at the same time - especially so early in the life of a PC. However, should the system not have enough active fans for sufficient airflow, the resulting thermal stress might also cause issues with other components as well.

It’s hard to review this item because I did not get what I ordered the pc is different from what I ordered online and I tried calling customer service multiple times but was on hold for hours nothing was fixed

I ordered this pc at the store on Christmas Eve. The sales employee told me I'd receive it by Dec 29th. Order had been delayed twice. I called Best Buy customer service. I was promised a call back. Rep never called back. Went to the store. The general manager didn't help. He told me I'd have to wait to see if it will be delivered. So I guess this will be an extremely late Christmas present if I receive it at all. I will never trust Best Buy again for such an important purchase.

Paid 1800 dollars for this computer and the mouse doesn’t work properly. I have emailed the company 3 times and they will not exchange it for another one.

Wanted to put in my 2 sense as it seems most people use this as a gaming pc. Im surrently in college for Inveractive 3D Design and technology (I wanna program virtual reality games) and this pc is an absolute life saver. I've only really used it to work in after effects but ive never had a faster, smoother experience animating. This monster of a pc can handel all of the graphics needed to make an individually animated forest and it can run photoshop at the same time np. I truley recoomend this company for anything from gaming to content creation. My only issue with it is that you cant turn off the leds inside the box but thats cosmetic and doesnt bother me too much. Overall i highly recommended this product.
