Absolute garbage!

Had this for a year and 3 months. i have had to call CLX multiple times over issues with the pc. i wouldn’t recommend this to anyone for this price it is far from worth it. last issue i called and told them i had a faulty part and they said “lucky it lasted that long. some peoples only last a couple days”. then proceeded to tell me to pay to ship it to them and also pay for the part to replace it. For almost 3k, i thought maybe if they gave me a faulty part. theyd be more willing to fix it
We regret that an issue was encountered after the system shipped!
While we know the system was functional prior to transit (it would have had to pass all testing prior to being packaged for shipment), and we use very robust custom packaging, there are those systems that first exhibit an issue only after transit, due to the stresses encountered during, etc.
Please know that had you contacted us, we would have gladly stood behind the system, and made certain that you received one in good and proper functional condition.

So far not good, its been over a month and still haven't received my pc.
We regret any delay in your receiving your system, but are a bit confused as to the length of the delay mentioned in the feedback. For orders that were released to us for fulfillment, we find no record of one that corresponds with the inferred time frame of your order that would have experienced a delay even remotely approaching a month, let alone exceeding it.
We would suggest that you reach out to Best Buy, and request that they look into the order status for you.

Its the best for its price

U will like it because its very fast and good for its price, also it has a very strong graphics card so like fortnite your able to get 240fps with ease

For almost 3k you would expect a beast of a pc instead you grt this peice of crap it can garly run elden ring and last time I tried to play fortnite (on 60 fps) it just stopped running completely and mind you I didnt even touch the pc and it just turned off

Based on the description of the issue, it sounds as if something - perhaps associated with CPU cooling - may have been damaged/jarred loose during transit, despite our robust packaging.
