Would not recommend after initially having shipping problems the item received was broken and one of the fans had a wire pulled out so I have zero rgb control and the lights don’t sync up upon CLX sent a replacement fan but it was the wrong size and was clearly too small.

What can I say? When your $4,000 PC arrives without a WiFi card, you know it's a bad omen.
When the PC is properly booted and running, it seems to do okay in some areas, and super laggy in other areas. I shouldn't have delays searching inside the Windows taskbar. Then, there's the random lockups. Then when I reboot, half the time the PC will start to load Windows then it just shuts off. I have to unplug it, let it sit for 10 seconds, then I can usually boot it back up.
The last PC I bought from Best Buy was a Cybertron and it was a big lemon. I was careful not to buy Cybertron again, but unfortunately CLX is a division of Cybertron and the quality of this machine is equally bad. This experience combined with the previous one has made me decide to never buy a work rig from Best Buy again.

The tiniest negative I have is that one of the fans across the top came off during shipping, but it was very simple to snap it back into place. The build is solid, the cabling clean, the case LED lighting is great, and it runs like a champ. Overall I feel this was a very good value for the price. 10/10 would buy again.

Terrible. Downloaded two games, Valorant and TABS. The machine just shuts down while playing. A gaming PC that you can’t game on. I’ve turned down graphics quality but it still crashes. Maybe an insufficient PSU or cooling equipment.

Hi I first received this computer on Christmas after a hour if ysibg it if broke. I retyrned it waited two weeks for another obe just for it to break as soon as i turned it on. This brand has nothing but just faulty equipment.
