Bought these for a young boys Birthday present

Good product, frequent recharging

My only disappointment has been the frequent recharging- though they do come with rechargeable batteries which is great, we are constantly trying to remember to charge prior to use.

Have tried them in city half a mile apart an they worked well. It says they can work up to one mile in city. I love that you can use cable to charge. Only thing that would make it a little better would be higher volume.

Small for big hands

However the buttons are not great if you have big hands. Also do not like the clip. Interesting problem, had to instantly switch channels as someone else was using channel 1 in our range.

Great for keeping contact with kids

It makes it easier for us to stay in contact and for the kids to have a little more freedom in an area where there is no cell phone service. These are very easy to use, so even my 6 year old can use it.
