    Gets the job done with both front & back cameras. Visuals are great, especially for day & night. Sometimes, it records on its own when we’ve hit a rough patch or bump on the road, but otherwise, it works great.

      Thank you for the great review! The SC 250R continuously records as long as it is powered on. When you encounter a rough patch or bump in the road, this may trigger the G-sensor, depending on the sensitivity level you have set in your camera settings. If the G-sensor activates, it will initiate an emergency recording. These emergency recordings create locked files that are not overwritten by the Continuous Loop Recording feature. This feature creates locked files that will not be overwritten by loop recording. To ensure that important footage surrounding an incident is preserved, any video clip that is locked will include adjacent footage if the incident happens within 30 seconds of the beginning or end of a clip. cedarelectronics-cobra
