Tom and Juan did a great job installing and showing me how to use the new fridge. They removed the old fridge without a hitch.

How do these 3 guys move a 670 pound refrigerator out and then move another 670 pound refrigerator into the old slot without a hitch? They know what they are doing, that's why. Great job, guys!

It makes a world of difference to have the installation team install these built in units. You don't have to worry about the unit being property flushed with cabinets, adjusted for leveling, and/or pinching the waterline.

If the rating is the refrigerator installed on the 18 of March is too soon to tell. Ps this is my third refrigerator!!!!! in les than two years

We have a refrigerator installation that scratched our beautiful hard wood floors ! It had a scratch on it!! Did not level the refrigerator so it could fall over and the water dispenser beeps 24/7 Their Installers tells me to “put in a claim!”

This installation team is wonderful. we could sense they have the experience (previous 5 times of people were so bad). Thanks them to make the job done.

Refrig was large and bulky so had installers hook it up. Great quick no muss no fuss.

We had our new fridge installed last friday September 29th. On Saturday September 30th I went to open my cabinets above the fridge and they were sticking. These are new soft close cabinets and they were now difficult to open and close. No issues prior. I noticed a big crack on the cabinet on top of the fridge that was warping/folding and pushing into the cabinet above. See pictures below I also noticed that with the actual appliance on the fridge side the door is not staying open. So if I open the fridge to around 105-135 degrees it just automatically closes fast. So if I open the fridge turn around to pick up something by the time I turn around to put it in the fridge is already almost closed. The freezer at the same degrees open does not do that. It stays open until I nudge it to close. I went to the store to ask the appliance sales consultant and she agreed that this is not supposed to be that way and possibly the hinge broke or loosened with installation. In any case this fridge keeps shutting on me and I have to use a chair to prop it open to put anything away. I can’t send you pictures of this but sent you a picture of the fridge door opened at the same degrees if not more as the freezer door. At this opening the freezer stays open the fridge shuts on me. The fridge picture is a closer picture because I can’t let go of the door it will close. I have reached out to the claims department 3 times in the last 3 days and left 3 messages with no phone call back

Very disappointed in the product quality and service provided. We had a 24-inch refrigerator and an 18 inch freezer with built-in ice machine and water dispenser installed along with a number of other Thermador appliances. Best Buy installed it incorrectly twice causing the freezer to actually break due to a heater not being installed between the two components. They decided to replace the freezer and a month after installation the ice maker broke and the freezer failed to maintain temperature causing all of our food to defrost. We are now going to have a third freezer installed but it won't arrive until July. We ordered everything in March of 2021 but due to supply chain issues we didn't get it until January of 2022. The new freezer won't be available until sometime in July. We are also still waiting on some trim pieces the installers happened to throw away. They've sent me replacement pieces but they keep sending the wrong one. I've contacted Thermador twice and all they do is refer me give me a list of local service providers. Two of the three service providers on the list don't even service my area. I purchased over $30,000 worth of Thermador appliances from BestBuy and im thinking it was a big mistake. Thermador had two different versions of the installation manual for our particular model of fridge and freezer. Our plumber roughed in everything based on the manual. Only to find out it was an old version and our plumber needed to come back out and redo everything which was very difficult since our cabinets had already been installed. Best Buy is the one that provided the manual and didn’t seem to care about the additional charges we incurred. My sales rep at Best Buy has been great but he can only do so much to help he is equally as frustrated. Best Buy as a whole doesn't seem to care about their customers and Thermador doesn't seem to care about their dealers poor customer service.

The men that delivered were determined to make this happen. Unfortunately there should have been 4, and only 2 were sent. They did the absolute best they could. The frig was installed and working!

I keep getting emails asking me to review this and offering points for doing so. I think the "Existing utilities/water, connect (BI)" item is exactly what it's supposed to be!!

The delivery guys were super easy to work with and the install was done quickly and professionally. The process was easy and would recommend it to both friends and family.

Terrible crew. First they tried to get out of installing the dishwasher claiming it wasn't plumbed right. I had to show them how to do it. When they installed the fridge, they could not figure out how a basic level worked. I had to explain the bubble must be halfway between the two lines, Secondly, they refused to install the inti-tip bracket. Lastly, I need to get them back to set the 24" deep built-in fridge deeper in the cabinet cavity. It is supposed to be flush with the front. They left it sticking 2.5" out into the room.

I purchased my kitchen aid refrigerator in Dec 2021 and it was finally delivered on May 2022 we love the new refrigerator

The Dacor is a good choice. I gave it 4 stars because it does not have a container included for eggs. My old refrigerator did.
