Straight forwarded, easy and quick. Just confirm appropriate length of waterline. Order will probably be for the basic 6ft installation package and they may not have needed part on the truck.

Uninstalled existing built in refrigerator. Water connection behind fridge was leaking. Third party installer charged way too much to swap out connection, but otherwise would have had to reschedule installation and contact a plumber to fix it. Felt stuck and went with it. Unfortunately, had to exchange refrigerator twice due to unrelated issues and found connection still leaked. So subsequent installers had to fix the it again. So frustrating.

I bought a DACOR high end side by side fridge last year. I also bought the extended warranty. The issue is that BEST BUY is not ccertified to maintain or repair this unit. I have to call DACOR directly. I have had 2 issues witth the DACOR fridge door hinges and frankly I think they have many issues with engineering. What happens after my 2 year DACOR warranty if Bestbuy cannot repair the fridge?

It took nearly three weeks after my new refrigerator was installed before Best Buy/Pacific Sales got someone out here to hook up the water line and the ice maker. Really disappointing.

We’ve had service techs out 9 times and we still don’t have a functioning $9500 fridge yet! We spent $20k on Thermadore appliances and everything came in smashed and damaged by delivery team. It’s been 5 month and we still don’t have a working kitchen with 3 children under 9 years old!

Best Buy outsources the installation.
First, I waited the entire day for the Installers to arrive.
When they finally did, they informed me they could not proceed with the instal because it was not ready for it, even though I had everything ready per the installation guide. They left, promising they could come back once the adjustment was made.
After a few days I called but they refused to come back, and they even confirmed the delivery and installation was made through Best Buy's platform.
I had to call again and reschedule a new install. The second company came but informed me that they weren't qualified to install this type of appliance.
I had to call a third time to schedule a new install. I'm hope the third time is a charm... this has been the worst experience.
