The Thermador Range was not properly installed and tested it. It was delivered damaged. The range feet covers were missing, I was told, they did not come with feet covers, I strongly requested to double check, they were found and NOT installed properly. The bottom front panel keeps falling out. The oven is not working at all. An Error is displayed once is turned on. See pixs attached.

The installation went super smoothly. The installers were totally professional, and exhibited full knowledge of the task at hand. When the install was complete, the workers cleared the area of all debris. I am so glad I chose to let Best Buy install my appliance.

Philip and his crew from Richard's company were A+++++. They were fast, professional, and pleasant. They left no mess even though it was not an easy job. It took them only about 2 hours to remove an old vent hood, stove, and refrigerator, run a new water line, and install a new range hood, refrigerator, and gas range. Well done. Highly recommended!!

The team was awesome. They were professional and accommodating. Squeezed me in so I wouldn't be without a range for weeks as I thought delivery was delivery AND installation appointment. So I was all ready with old stuff gone. They were willing to works very long Saturday and I appreciate it. Everything was perfect and some great tips for our next install of the vented hood.

I rate this a ZERO!! Have sent 8 separate 3rd party companies and still unable to install it. I’ve received conflicting info from people within THE SAME COMPANY! Need a 7” vent no wait a 10” no wait the hole needs to be moved, no the electrical outlet does, oh wait I can cut the box and make it custom (Cause that’s what I want to do after paying Viking prices)...the range is still sitting in my kitchen floor and I’m paying $1000 extra to a NEW 3rd party I chose to install it. Thanks BB. Selling to me was easy, installation been a nightmare

Hasn't happened yet, has been rescheduled multiple times, and not today they were supposed to show up at 1:30 to 3:30 and again they canceled. Been here all day AGAIN and again nobody shows up and best buy just wants to reschedule things... been without an oven and stove top now for 2 weeks.

I love the new range! So far it has worked great and the oven too. I hope it continues this way because it's a beautiful range. The installation was also easy, and the guys had no problem installing it.

The installer was on time and very helpful but unable to fully install the oven through no fault of his own because I had to make additional countertop cuts first to allow it to fit. The charge to install a junction box seemed a little excessive to me ($165) but at least I knew it was done professionally. They hooked up the oven and left it in the floor because they couldn't fully install it until I did more work. All in all, I was happy with them.

I have the Geek squad service agreement. It is well worth the $199. I have used it over a dozen times and I have saved a fortune. Which leads me to my range stove installation. The Italian made commercial stove, Bertazzoni, had a minor flaw. It was returned and a replacement was installed. The installation team did a great job in taking care not to damage the newly built cabinets around the stove. The reinstallation again used all new gas lines and we’re safely installed. I have nothing but good things to say: professional, and courteous installation team.

The installation of my range was very very bad. It was forced into the space and is now stuck in place. I should have been informed that the opening was not the right size. I do love the range, it’s beautiful and functions great. Date of purchase was 10/2021 NOT 10/2022. IT TOOK 9 months to get my range.

They were fast and efficient. They clearly knew their stuff. They answered all questions I had. They tested the range before departing. I am very happy with their work and whish more installers were like these ones.

I bought this beautiful 4$$$ digit hood range and also paid for the installation. The guys were super nice but the work was below average. They cut the connection unevenly with a very rough fish. The connection was also dented which gave this great and expensive piece of equipment a used look. Thankfully another connector was left behind. I ended up having to call someone else to install it properly. Just doesn't make any sense to spend thousands of dollars on appliances that will be unprofessionally handled by the installers you guys are hiring.

This was the best choice we could've made. Look for to using this stove.

When we finally got the techs over, they did a great, quick and clean job.

Installation / installers was very professional, on time and all around as expected when you’re installing a high end appliance. It did take some time to wait for the appointment Benigno Covid time and all, but we do take responsibility for that since we had final touches going on in our kitchen.

Efficient once appointment schedule. Range delivered, yet took over a week to get an install appointment scheduled.

Installers failed to install the tip over bracket and new gas line. Never had a problem with Best Buy installations before.

Installation team of Joel and his partner was thorough, friendly, detailed and courteous. They made the installation of both gas and 208 electrical connections to our new range in a very professional manner. Kudos to them!
