Ok installation. Had left with a check engine light on after leaving the shop. Did not have one when I dropped the car off.

Never happened! There isn’t an installer at the store anymore. I would have to drive over 100 miles to get it installed.

Installed the amp under the passenger side rear seat with the wiring exposed to the elements. Would be hard pressed to go back for service after this.

They did not put my equipment in that i paid for and used their own and charged me for it.

Never got done or refund. Was a horrible experience drove there for nothing

A charge that I don't think was a good enough deal...especially when it's free sometimes. All they had to do was connect the speaker wire. Would've done it myself because they would not hard mount the speaker. Disappointed.

Best Buy is such a sorry company. Spent 3 hours trying to cancel this order because it wasn’t what I wanted.

Denied service twice. Refused to do it. 2015 fiat 500 abarth with adaptors.

Overrated and overpriced I’ve already written reviews on the crap service and overpriced installation

They put 4 screws in my gas tank. Said they would reimburse me but the insurance company they use goes right to voicemail when you call.

Installer rushed and left wires loose which caused issues that Best Buy wouldn't correct. I had to pay someone to fix best buys work

Was never contacted. So the work never happened!!!

I called and scheduled an appointment to have one subwoofer and a mono amplifier installed, I arrived and I talked about what I wanted done, he answered all my questions perfectly. All I had to do was sign a paper, give him the keys and equipment to install. I showed up a couple hours later and it was a super clean install, everything was flawless. He demonstrated the new sound system, and it was just what I wanted. He even fixed the trim of my stereo that was popping out, and installed a bigger battery I had bought. I highly recommend having Dana do your install, he was awesome. Thanks again

Mitch was a very polite and knowledgeable man, and got my subwoofer installed very quickly. I think a nice pay raise would be in order! :)

I purchased this online and then tried to schedule installation. There were NO installations available. I then tried to return the service ($19.99) by calling the phone # provided. I have been disconnected SIX times by Geek Squad support and have spent over an hour on the phone trying to return this small service item. I have never experienced this horrible customer service experience by any other provider. Ever. It is still unresolved.
