Never happened! There isn’t an installer at the store anymore. I would have to drive over 100 miles to get it installed.

A charge that I don't think was a good enough deal...especially when it's free sometimes. All they had to do was connect the speaker wire. Would've done it myself because they would not hard mount the speaker. Disappointed.

Best Buy is such a sorry company. Spent 3 hours trying to cancel this order because it wasn’t what I wanted.

I called and scheduled an appointment to have one subwoofer and a mono amplifier installed, I arrived and I talked about what I wanted done, he answered all my questions perfectly. All I had to do was sign a paper, give him the keys and equipment to install. I showed up a couple hours later and it was a super clean install, everything was flawless. He demonstrated the new sound system, and it was just what I wanted. He even fixed the trim of my stereo that was popping out, and installed a bigger battery I had bought. I highly recommend having Dana do your install, he was awesome. Thanks again

I purchased this online and then tried to schedule installation. There were NO installations available. I then tried to return the service ($19.99) by calling the phone # provided. I have been disconnected SIX times by Geek Squad support and have spent over an hour on the phone trying to return this small service item. I have never experienced this horrible customer service experience by any other provider. Ever. It is still unresolved.
