Mansfield installers were the best, in knowledge, install time, and very personable. Would give them 10 stars. Call center doesn't know the real answer to your questions and web information doesn't tell you are in need of additional parts for install.

This is the only aftermarket brand I would install in my VW. Period.

Starts my vehicle a distances I was concerned it wouldn’t. Has definitely helped to not have all my coworkers waiting on me to scrape my windows after snowfall.

Great product. You have to hold the button for about 30 seconds before the car cranks. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts. Can be a bit annoying.

It is great to be able to get into a warm car when the temperature is 20 degree. Wished we had gotten one sooner.

The starter of the car is working, but it claims to work at a distance of 1500 feet but not for me also the lock and unlock do not work. The lock lights up, but the unlock does not.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE 2 KEYS FOR YOUR CAR FROM THE FACTORY. I got this as a gift for my 2016 Ford fiesta, and on the day of installation as I was talking to the tech, he told me he is unable to install the starter unless he has 2 keys for the car. I only got 1 key when I purchased the car through the dealership. To buy a new key for the car, it'll cost more than the car starter did. the key must be programmed and have a chip in it in order for it to work it can't be just a copy key

I like the remote start but it quit working after almost a month. Im taking it back in to see what needs fixed. While it did work i lovef it.

It stopped working after 4 years, Also I bought the LTE upgrade kit, but it's useless since there is a monthly fee in order to use it, I haven't use it for > 4 years now because of that. Also my car has a push to start button so, when I start my vehicle, then I open any door, the car shutdowns, then I have to restart it again.

Nowhere on Nest Buy’s product description or on the product box does it say “ no electrical schematics or installation harnesses included”. I had to find a web forum to learn that installation instructions are deliberately restricted for this product in what can only be described as deliberate horizontal collusion between Best Buy and Compustrar. You have to open the box to learn there are no schematics which makes it non-returnable.

We have had this remote starter for about 6 months, and it has not worked more than it has worked. We get the unit reset and it will work for awhile then it will work periodically and then stop working completely. I am tired of dealing with this issue, and wish we had never purchased it. I would not recommend this starter.

I will never gobback to best buy i bought a remote start for my truck went to get it put on and installer said it woul take 2 days i bought it somewhere else took 2 hours!

I have no idea on if it works or quality. Had to return it. Dont plan on giving this as a gift. It may take 3 months before they can install it which means you’ll finally get it just before spring. The other option is to drive and hour and a half. I purchased this a month and a half before Christmas. Came with a free installation that they dont tell you they wont be able to follow through with before spring.
