Bought for my sister and had it installed best gift for her possible has app remote start and she’s extremely happy

This has been a great addition to my child car . The GPS feature is a bonus. Would recommend this product as a must have.

So far, I love my starter. It's annoying that you have to pay a subscription to use the phone app but it's like $5 monthly. I'm planning to use the app in the winter months only.

The app seems to work great. Had it installed by Bestbuy, the team did a great job not to damage anything. Pricey but I went with the good reviews of the app.

Got this installed in my truck just in time for the hot/cold weather seasons, definitely worth the $$$ compared to going with the factory remote start.

Installation included just means they will still charge for installation. I bought this believing that it was actually “included” without being charged extra, but it’s $130 for the installation as well. Kind of misleading when “installation included” is in the description of the original part with the original price.

The car remote starter works flawlessly! I bought this for my mom's car. It's super convenient for warming up the car on cold days. The range is impressive, plus it comes with the LTE module and remote app. There's a monthly fee to use the app after 1 month of free service.

I haven’t had any problems so far. The technician was excellent. He took the time to explain the system to me.

The installers were excellent and the remote starter worked great, for less than 10 days. The system drained my battery and I was not given any troubleshooting information, nor was I told who to contact in the event that I needed further service. My car could not be jumped off because the starter was disabled and I had to call out of work since my transportation was dead. I tried multiple times to reach ANYONE live at the store and every number redirected to their central call center who couldn't care less about the customer. I was told all that could be done is for them to schedule an appointment nearly 3 weeks away and I would have to bring the car (which won't start) to the store which is nearly 60 miles away. It is impossible to get anyone at Best Buy to take ownership of an issue, even after spending $650 for the product and installation. Absolutely horrid customer service following installation.

This remote start / keyless entry is the perfect solution to having a warm car in the winter and a cool car in the summer.

Worst ever customer service. Was my first visit to Best Buy in a long time and will definitely be my last. Could not get a hold of the store to schedule installation. Had to call and wait a million times and automated messages to talk to some fool in India who could not get me connected to the store. I had to drive in and just return the item because I was so fed up. RIP Best Buy.
