The Compustar remote system really makes getting in the car more comfortable in the cold weather. The technician at the Best Buy went the extra mile to get this job done. Good people at the Towson Maryland location.

Got installed just in time for the cold mornings in the Northeast. Shaves a good 10 mins from warming up car and scraping off the frost in the mornings.

This is truly a lifesaver. It works beautifully and even integrates with my current keys for my car. I love the fact that I can Warm my car up in the morning before I drag the little one to school.

Absolutely love this product. It is worth the convenience. I see it as added security as well because I am able to light up the parking lot when I'm parked in a dark area.

We had a difficult time scheduling our appointment because the installer quit at our original location, but once we finally got that taken care of, everything was great.

I bought this on a deal of the day and had it installed, it took longer than expected on the install and was told to schedule another appointment to finish the install (enable parking lights come on when started remotely) . It worked great for a couple of weeks and then it began to have false start confirmations followed shortly thereafter by not starting at all. I scheduled another appointment to fix the false start issues. Turns out a pin was missing from the factory and a new one was ordered. Scheduled a 3rd visit, new unit was installed, hood tilt switch installed, and parking lights enabled, tach sensor and crank time reprogrammed. worked great for a few weeks (right before the covid-19 lockdown occured) now its back to telling me the car has started when it has only cranked over but failed to start. It is supposed to try and start the car 3 times before stopping and sending a failed start attempt to the 2-way remote. It does not do this, now I will have to schedule yet another appointment once they open back up the install bays and see what's going on. I'm severly disappointed in this unit, I would honestly like to get it switched out for another brand or find some alternate solution as currently it is just wasted money as it doesn't function as it should.

Purchased on Black Friday and was able to get installed before Christmas. It works every time and I like to reassurance from the 2-way that the vehicle has started.
