In search of good remote starter and after long research this item didn't dissapoint at all. The brand is better than Viper and the Geek Squad did an awesome job. It was a clean job and no issues.

I had a friend get this same unit and loves it. I can't wait to get it installed in my vehicle and enjoy the same benefits and convience!

We haven't used the Remote Start yet. Waiting to get it installed. I am hoping it will work out well on cold mornings to preheat the car.

The techs said there is no way to know if it will work on your particular vehicle until after 4 hours. I was scheduled for a 3.5 hour install. My car is a completely stock 2020 Subaru. After 5 hours the techs said it was not compatible with the vehicle. They couldn't come to that conclusion any sooner for some reason. I did enter the correct vehicle information, which bestbuy.com said was compatible and the techs gave no indication through the first 4 hours that there might be an issue. Also out of gas and wear and tear on my vehicle having driven one hour each way with nothing to show for it. Also, GeekSquad hung up on me after 3 minutes when I called to ask why the website wasted my time. Doesn't work, the techs are incompetent, and customer support is unprofessional. Will not buy this product or anything else dealing with my vehicle through Best Buy again. Completely unacceptable.

I haven’t installed it yet, but compared with my viper remote start, I couldn’t start my car from where I worked, but my co-worker was able to with his compustar. I had to move an extra 25Ft and get around a wall to start mines. Looking forward to installing mines

This was one of the best choices I’ve made in a long time. The ability to start my car from in the house and not worry about theft is amazing. The range is only good for about 30-40 feet though.

Works Great and super fast install. The installation team got it done in less than an hour.
