Works Great

The Best Buy Technician that installed was super friendly and knowledgeable, working hard to try to connect the fob to unlock her doors, as well. We had free installation with ours so it was a great deal and I would buy it again!

Drains car battery

After 4 or 5 days of the car not being driven regularly, it drained the car battery. The battery is only a year old, and previous vacations I've not had this issue with my car battery being drained. I think this significantly increased idle current consumption.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cons: -The engine shuts off when I unlock my car using original key fob. -If the remote start is in use I can only unlock my car using the remote start key fob or my door button. -Occasionally, after a commute; parking car, shutting off engine, I’ll use my original key fob to lock it and sometimes it starts?? I am not sure why or what I do differently for this to happen. -Sometimes using the remote start the engine will shut off when switching to D/R gear. I don’t really think it’s worth the price having all of these errors. PRO: I can start my car without entering my car….
