Bestbuy couldn't hook up

When you use any of the buttons , it causes the anti theft alarm to go off. Then you have to put your key in the door. After 3 times back at best buy, still have not resolved the issue. Refund on the way

DOES THE JOB

Remote starter shutdown after stepping on brake

Sometime the remote starter shutdown once the brake is engaged to drive. Other times it won’t shutdown and will allow you to drive away (which is how it was programmed).
