Poor Service

I had to wait for almost two months from the time I purchased it until I could have it installed, then this happened, and now its not until the end of December before they can even look at it to see if they can fix it. I would recommend sticking to a Viper or go elsewhere for an alarm!!

Range isn't the best

It works far away from the car and lets you know when the car has started. Wait for a sale and it is that much better! I've seen these on sale for around $199
