lock issue

great for Winter time

horrible experience at geek squad installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dropped off my car for installation with the Hammond drive Dunwoody ga location 2 weeks ago where they stated they finished the installation and was working. I went to pick up the vehicle the next day after an installation delay and the technician that day could not make it work. I had to reconfirm another appointment this weekend and took my vehicle. The technician Tom Emerson stated that it worked when he installed it. He checked the connection and could not get it to work. I decided to give him another chance and left the car overnight. He called me at night and stated he could not figure it out even after swapping the units. Obviously there is an issue of miscommunication and giving misinformation regarding the checking of the instruments. He stated this model just does not work for the car...I do not understand why he initially said it worked. I wasted 5 trips to the facility and am getting my vehicle back tomorrow.

Not suitable for RAV4 XLE Hybrid

Thanks for saving the future hassle. I am in search of new suitable starter now
