Left me Stranded
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first unit I received was defective, but I didn't realize this until I got my car home after the installation, and my car wouldn't start. I had to take off an extra day of work and have it towed back to Best Buy. The replacement unit actually works pretty well and I'm happy with it. However, the initial unit that left me stranded is why I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Whenever I spoke with anyone they were professional. My complaint is you can not call the store. I’d had an issue and tried multiple times to call the local store and was on hold for 20 minutes each time until I hung up. I did speak with an associate after I emailed and he said “ you can’t get thur with the number online.” Very frustrating!
