Malfunctioning and mediocre

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got it installed after travelling 30 miles from my home because bestbuy near me was booked until feb 1st week. got home and checked the system because it took the tech guy more than 4 hours to install and it was already 7pm. found out unlock button is not working after i git home! and after starting with remote and turning off, the passenger side blinker light stayed on. i went and checked my car, found out the interior lights on dash and steerings were lit. i had to start my cars with key and press lock button to resolve! i bought another one for my SUV, I am determined to return it to best buy. FYI- this is remote start kit and u will still require ur keys be inserted in ignition, else the car would stop once you step on the brake! nevermind i would not mind doing it but after waiting for almost a month after purchasing it, i finally was able to get it installed but in improper manner or the product itself could be defective. NOT RECOMMENDED!
