Don't Trust the online offer for free installation

When I bought this item, there was a discount and on the online offer it said installation is free. I purchased this item before with the similar offer for another car and that was how installation was performed. Even when I went to store to pickup the item and arrange an appointment for installation, I was told installation is free and was given an appointment for the installation without any payment. However, on the day of installation, after I left for home leaving the car for installation, they called me from the store to come back and make payment for installation. This is very disappointing and total waste of time. I will recommend people not to trust the online offer at least for this item.

DO not Buy this or use BestBuy

BestBuy customer service will not help you. BestBuy does not know how to fix issues or trouble shoot problems and will give you the run around. After 6 months remote and antenna will not work with each other. You will be stuck with a chopped up vehicle and useless parts.

It was placed on the upper left windshield and constantly blinks which is very distracting at night. Also, my vent by my front windshield was bent when it was returned to me.

Broke in a few months
