Appointment to install the car starter are so book. You will have to wait 2 months. When i bought the car starter kit it did not come with the universal harness. I did not know because i never bought the kit before. One week before my appointment. i got an email of my harness going to arrive the day of my appointment to my house. I called best buy auto and they told me to wait for the harness before i come in my appointment. I ask if its delay and dont come in on time what do i do? They told me that i would have to book another appointment. I said i waited 2 months and when i first purchases it didnt come with it. They said i will have to rebook it then. I told them this is b.s and its not even my fault that thw best buy website dont update their stuff when you buy the kit it ahould come with the harness. When you enter in your car info. Im not buying cr*p from beatbuy again. Customer services is horrible.

Great product. Don't really care for the loud confirmation beep.

Works great and has a good distance to start up from but at my job when im leaving I have to get closer to start my car and at that point its unnecessary

Really good product installation was great and didn't have issues.. i bought 2 on sale at $ 250 ..

This item is one pf the best! Would recommend to only buybit when its on sale to get the best price.

The product is great however installation takes a month or more. Too long to wait.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Purchased this online made appt w/ rep over phone he set appt for 1hr then get call from rep from store stating I have to come down to talk about my order (I live 1hr away)because appt time is not long enough and my starter wasn’t at store even though received email stating it was there. Plus they stated I didn’t pay for installation even though it stated it was included w/ the harness I spoke to rep through customer service that was NO HELP!!! They transferred, transferred, and hung up.Wouldn’t transfer me to a manager. I asked for my issue to be escalated reps placed me on hold never came back.In store reps talked down on reps over phone stating they don’t know anything,don’t ever order anything from online.So unorganized!! This is BAD SERVICE and for a customer not able to speak to a manager is distasteful!! HOPEFULLY a manger will reach out now!!??

Work well they should have both remote with the extender ranger

Can't really say, I bought this for a Nissan, and came to find out BB doesn't install them on manual transmission cars. Nothing on the website about it when you check compatibility. THEN you get the surprise when you show up for an install. BB in Hagerstown, Md didn't have an installer for over a year... then the fun starts because you can't return it after a certain time, and the answer you get from the chat is sorry go see the store etc. . So now I have a couple 100$ paperweight or a remote start simulator. Be warned!!

Difficult to use, can’t get to turn on. Then when it turns on can’t get to shut off

Works great. My first remote start and I don’t know why I went so long without one v

I thought I could buy a car start with my phone. Found out later it would cost $120 a year to do what I wanted it to do. The remote can only start about 20 ft. Away. Would have gone with a cheaper model if I would have known. Works well though.
