Does not work on 2020 Rav4

The best buy installation team knew which vehicle it was and the product matched the specs. The instalation team could not install the kit, nor the harness properly or get it to function on a brand new 2020 Toyota Rav4. The installation took the technicians over 4hrs to not even get it to work

Is product despite manufacturer recommendations, is incompatible with even 2 year old computer technology in your car. It does not integrate well with existing systems. I was actually advised by BestBuy support staff to return it and get something simpler for them to install and or go to a different company with more expertise as they are unable to install the product because it's too complicated and didn't work
