You said the installation on the deal but now I keep it as home decor

Starts the car. I was under the assumption it had an alarm wich it does not seem to. Also the teunk button will not open the the trunk. But works well in the wisconsin winter. Got this for the fiance so the hotrod could sit in the garage so no major complaints on my end

Although a great name in the car starter business, this product would not install as easily as advertised on my Toyota. Requires hard wiring, instead of plug-and-play like other brands.

Ehhhhh. I bought two. One has givin me problems for some time. Not my best purchase.

I got mine installed at BestBuy before the pandemic. So during the time I could not come for returning because they closed during that time. And now the time for returning is over... After it's installed, sometimes my van automatically started itself for hours that I did not know untill I saw the front lights on. I had to go out to turn it off. It happened many many times now... It's so annoying to see that...... I want return the system.

Unprofessional installation: after got installed seeing my tire pressure light comes up every time I start my car, the signal receiver keeps falling from the top so annoying that you have to stick it back over and over, the wires aligned through the door and the rubber wasn’t put it back with the door properly, The tech promised it’s only take an hour and a half but he took almost 4 hours for installation while I’m waiting at the store, did a survey unsatisfied and no one ever reached out from Best Buy to address the issue. Overall, find a place where they do professionally and timely manner than this.

Installed on ford f-150 and now the truck battery will no longer stay charged. Brand new battery and have never had any issues with the vehicle.

I only had 1 key for my car. This works great, extra key to get in car(not to drive), I will never have to scrape windows and sit in a freezing car again. This also went on sale after I got it. :( But ended cheaper than buying extra key from dealership. Love it.

Spent over an hour on chat with rep confirming this was compatible with my vehicle and I was ordering all necessary items needed for installation and once it came down to getting it installed I get a call from the store a day before saying they cannot install on my vehicle. Wasted my time as I waited over a month for the appointment.

Is not bad but is not what I expected, for the same price you can get the factory install in your key fob instead of walking around with two key fobs.

It does not works with Acura, the Seats and Steering wheel memory stop working, also the factory alarm stop functioning. If buy this for luxury car make sure check all car feature are working before drive away from Geeksquad, the installer don't give me back the manual and the box, they're not professional car service.

Got this on sale with free installation on my 2003 camry. installation guys were really nice. Took four hrs to install. It does everything BUT start the car! They said they can troubleshoot it which could take two hrs with no guarrantee or remove it in half hour and refund me. I opted for removal. Four hours of my time was already wasted and i wasnt about to have two more wasted. Apparently im not the only one to have this problem.

Have had nothing but issues with the product. 2 way has not worked correct along with a couple other issues.

Best starter for the money. Great range stars my car up walking back from class.

GREAT WHEN IT WORKS RIGHT. GREAT FOR STARTING CAR...BUT SOMETIMES TURNS OFF WHEN TRYING TO PUT THE CAR IN GEAR. QUITE ANNOYING.

I had this remote start installed on my car November 7, 2022. I have just had it for one month only but I am not able to start my car in the building with more than 10 tries unless I can physically see it and I am outside close to the car. I have tried calling best buy but every time I am referred to a different phone number to call (651) 746-0538, 6517461820, 8669335552, 7634220032. I am also told if it is more than 90 days then I will pay for a service that I had already paid-which is to have a remote car installed and working. I have run out of options at this point

Terrible experience. Product was ordered 3 weeks ago with a delivery date of last week and installation scheduled for this week. Received an email that the product is delayed and they don't know when or if they will be able to get it. Can't get an answer on what I should do about installation.

Its okay but mechanic attitude was rude, didn't explain me properly.
