Very confusing system to get used to especially if you have a smart key. I prefer the older make cars with a simple Viper Alarm

For thisremote starter I would grade it as average.

I gave 3 stars because it does work with a remote. I wanted the remote start that use with my smart.

I have been horribly disappointed with this purchase. When my car is parked right in front of my house, it starts only half the time with EITHER of the remotes. I have had multiple cars in the past with many different brands of starters and have NEVER had this problem in the past.

Either this is a garbage product or the person installing it was an idiot. Now my electrical system is messed up in my car. Then, to get it fixed, instead of th 12 mile drive i was told i have to drive 50 miles each way to the closest location because the wooster ohio location sucks in every aspect. I am canceling my credit card when the bill is paid and canceling my best buy protection plan. You should be ashamed of yourselves for doing this to my car. Ive been to 3 dofferent shops and it is because the remote start acrewed everything up

Best Buy website indicates this is compatible with my 2019 Nissan Sentra ... Best Buy could not get it to work correctly ... blamed the manufacturer ... pfft

Wish I didn't buy the remotes are useless. My third time back to the store to get the remotes to work.

Car gets start even without pushing any button sometimes and that has resulted in car running out of gas 3 times when I came back to parking after 4 hours.

Does the trick of turning on/off car from outside but does not control my inside temperature very well.

Product may be good but Best Buy installed it and the key fob starts vehicle at random now.

Did not work with my suv. It would have void my warranty

The worst part is that I have to leave the ac on before I shut the car off. Otherwise the AC Will still off when I use it to remote start. Also the heating seat turn on every time when it remote started, even on 60 degree temps. I went back to bestbuy to ask about it, But they can't nothing about it. It is so disappointed.

Delayed delivery and also told me that installation has to be 90 miles from Rochester

This device work like a charm for my KIA 12 Optima

Good auto starter but not as friendly to use if you have a push start button car or a van with open door remote.

I scheduled an install but was called back later to be told my installer is leaving and i need to reschedule. So now i continue to wait before i can actually review this product.

Installed in my 2019 Audi S5 Sportback on November 11, 2022. So far this has been very good. About 75% of the time it takes several times before it actually starts and I am 75 yards from my car.

Work great, the only thing I don’t like that is not work far 3000fts as it mention.

I don't know if the product is any good but best buy customer service sure isn't! I had call ahead of time before purchasing the product to see if it's compatible with my manual car and they said yes it is compatible, so I went ahead and bought it. I scheduled my appointment and it was a month out until they can install it. Today, Dec 30th, I went to get it install and they told me this product isn't compatible with my car. Thanks Best Buy for wasting a month time!!!
