I installed this product in my Toyota Rav 4 and I am extremely greatful for this product and service received from best Buy.

I have been disappointed with best buy all year. Between personal and business purchases they have been a complete disappointment. Purchased this item with installation included. Scheduled the install at the time of purchase and when the day came, the store did not have an appointment for me. The store manager claimed that they can’t do anything about it and that he doesn’t represent or is responsible for any issues created by this purchase. Now my only option is to wait another 2 months for install (making that 3 months total since they accepted my money). Exhausting to lose time trying to get what you pay for from corporations that have no respect for the consumer.

Excellent product and installation service. Very happy with the purchase. Works great with a 2012 hyundai sonata.

These dweebs took 3 plus hrs. to fix my 2way remote starter. It seems they lack the experience of my hybrid car. Thankfully google and YouTube help them. First and last time I'm ever going to BB for anything. Definitely not recommending them. All I got in the end was a key fob and 30 second of how to use it. No manuals. What a joke. Now my driver side door lock stay open when I'm driving, because the idiots put it back together wrong. Anyone else had this kind of experience?

Compustar website says all 2way remote start systems include DroneMobile lte module, website also says this unit 4905s-kit includes the module. But mine purchased n installed from BestBuy didn’t include it? That’s why I upgraded to 2way. Very disappointed had the Alarm remote start, new Double din radio, SiriusXM, backup cam all installed from Best Buy, but feel a little cheated now?

Good remote starter, but the installer messed up. It took all day to get it done, but now my back up camera is flickering and they say it's not their fault.

I am very happy with this purchase. I think everyone should have this to install in their car. I already recommend to many of my friends.

I went with the other one from same brand. There was nothing wrong, the other one was on sales

Got this during a Black Friday deal and it has been the best upgrade to my car so far.

I order this online and schedule installation but harness wiring kit was missing. So they have rescheduled installation. When i went for installation they took 4 hours to install but some reason they could not install it. So had to get my money back. So i believe person who was installing was not knowledgeable enough .

Falls Flat. Geek squad Tech disputed vehicle compatibility, due to inability to program, said refund was only option.

Item didnt arrive with all wires, item dosent come with everything to install on car. the location i ordered didn’t even offered to install it, they were sending me over hour away to a diffetent store. Even when i called the next available appointment was 2 month out. Crazy!!

Bought the product in december 15th with free installation. I had no option to book the appointment at that time. When i went to pick it up, they offer some ridiculous date in February to install it or drive almost 2 hours to do it in January. No one willing to help to bring it closer

Remote start is garbage. After 9 months it started acting up and would not recognize when the brake pedal was pressed. Vehicle would not start. Thankfully it was at home when it acted up.

I have the device for a month now, but there are no installation dates available. I bought it for this winter, but seems by the time any dates are available, winter would already be gone. This is ridiculous, if you're selling a device at least have reasonable service, this is totally unacceptable.

2 way is a must so you know your car started! Only brand I trust.

Went to the store set the appointment for two months out, then the morning of they call me while i’m on my way and ask me if I had the harness knowing he told me he would have it so a waisted day and returned item will never buy form best buy again.
