Upon pick up the store informed me they do not install. I spent hours on the phone with Best Buy and finally got an appointment at a location an hour away from me. Two days before the appointment I received a voicemail from the store stating my appointment was cxl because the time slot I was given. Was not enough time, I have tried to call back multiple times to no avail. I am beyond frustrated this product was sold with installation.

Best Buy rip-off

Best Buy held my product for over a month to schedule the installation. Then informed me that they would not perform the installation. Best Buy did not offer any credit or partial refund, despite the service being included with the purchase.

Product Failed and failed again

Stopped working after month and a half

Got the remote start for $300 on sale and Best Buy wants $200 to fix it. Seems like they were getting broken or poor items on sale.

Compustar. No instructions, no wiring harness!!

Would have been nice if that were stated in the description, especially since I had to special order it. Oh yeah, and absolutely no install instructions either!!! Usually $500, I got for half price, so thank God since I live an hour from nearest store so I didn't have time to return in the 14 day window.

Bought it with install included and no BestBuy within 200 miles has a geek squad who does installs but was told my store did. Needless to say i returned the item.

I have come out of door to start this car. product description says 3000 feet, which is not accurate as per working condition
