Stopped working 2 months later. Called back Eric the person who installed the remote start was really rude. Please don’t do business here

Product is great but the installer dented my car and it’s been over a month since I started my claim to get the repairs paid for.

I was scheduled for install on Jan 4 and they cancelled the install 4 hours before and now wont be installed till Feb 22.Very unhappy customer!

After 3 time consuming a total of 10 hours of my personal time and it doesn't work on my 2012 Highlander w/JBL sound push start. Antonio in installation was OUTSTANDING during the whole process and time I was there. IF it wasn't for him, I would have contacted managers.

Stopped working after 1.5 weeks. I don't know if it's the product or the installation since BestBuy told me that they can't get me in to look at it for 5 weeks. I'm returning it.

It went on sale for 130.00 less then what I paid. It was outside of the 15 days window (which I was 3 days) they wouldn’t honor sad

Couldnt get the remote start to work with my truck after several visits to thw geek squad garage highly disappointed

Bought this product as a Christmas present. Cannot have it installed anywhere except Best Buy and they have no openings until March. Tried to have someone else install it and Compustar will not give anyone the install guidelines and instructions, nor honor the warranty.

It causes a lot of ‘Hybrid system malfunction’ error. Expensive. Not worth it.

I opened the box and it was missing all the harnesses needed for install so then I couldn't install it.

I am grossly disappointed in this product. This was a car starter purchased to start the car and as pesumed, the heater or air-conditioner. Needless to say it doesn't, it just "starts" the engine

After month my car became a paperweight and geek squad doesnt answer the phone or return phonecalls

This had some decent reviews but total cost was way out of the park. Check the viper system it's much more reasonable and has more features I returned this when install estimate was almost equal to the parts cost

It is stated installation included but Best Buy at my location said I have to pay for that

item stoped working rite after a couple of weeks best buy says it needs to be reprogramed again its brand new bad install maybe i dont know had to wait to install end of jan

No service to instal the set. I requested the service to instal the set but never got any call back or appointment to set it up.

This remote starter shorted out my transmission system. Needed to have Acura get it working after $420.00 and now am having you take the piece of crap out.

Hard to rate. Purchased in November but couldn’t an installation date until January 30, 2023. Not good…. Product looks great in the box.

I got this installed recently and it didn't even lasted for a month. Need to see if this has warranty or they can fix it. Please look for something else.
