Good product and installation was quick and professional. Buying another one for my wife

I bought the remote starter, and add on security kit system for my car (compustar) The remote starter was working fine until I added the security system,then the problems started.First the alarm wasn’t working now the remote starter doesn’t work. I’m not sure how long it’s supposed to last,is only been a few years.

Working good on my own today but I’m still in bed and my stomach hurts so much so I’ll just take the night off and relax tomorrow morning and then I’ll go home to sleep tonight so I’m gonna try and relax and get some food for dinner

Product is great - did not realize what a headache is is to find a place to have it installed It was weeks out and over 100 miles away to finally get it installed Had I known that I woulda found a place start to finish to get one installed 10 miles away for the same price - thought it was a savings but in the end it wasn’t - lesson learned

Waste of time and money! Ordered for my daughters 2014 crosstrek xv, confirmed before purchasing it would work. Scheduled install they say to add harness that they dont sell, sent me a part number and i purchased. Went to install at best buy my daughter calls and says they want us to authorize install and acceptance of liability if it messes up the car. Could be 2000 worth of damage and car could need to be towed to Subaru. We declined taking accountability. Waste of time and the employee was rude and disrespectful.

does not fit for newer manual transmission vehicles

Product is as advertised. However, the tech that installed it did not give me the keychain that had the number to set it up in Drone Mobile, so I have lost that feature.

This was installed in a 94 camero z28 makes it nice to be able to start up the car a bit early in the summer heat works pretty good with the existing system.

Have used the Compustar 4905S for one month now. Zero issues and starts my truck up from a very long distance. I like the audible notification upon starting the vehicle and also when opening or locking the doors. Installed by Geek Squad for free, and explained the operation to me in detail. Definitely recommend to purchase. A+++

Works good and operating distance is more than adequate. Have been using this for more than a month and have not been let down. Would do 5 stars but installation took a long time, no adapter harness for my Forester and no manual.

Well I can't say much yet. I bought 2 remote starters for wife and son for Christmas gifts. I wish I scheduled service when I bought them around black Friday..... local store has 1 gentleman but store is requiring him to be on the floor. So we scheduled at the next closest store (45 min away), still 1.5 month wait. We even checked stores 1.5-2.5 hours away, all the same wait...best buy needs to resolve the long waits for installations

Great overall but I have to unlock my vehicle before starting and I have an alarm system . If it is not started it will set off the alarm

Parts all good and the installation man was great.

The product is worth it and its easy to use, but trying getting the price adjusted is hard after i was told i would get about half back then i was told i cant. Making the customer happy at first then disappointing them. My Main point is the product is great but customer service is 2 out of 5.
