As stated by other reviews, there are missing parts. The description of this product states that the wiring harness is included. I did not have one included in the contents of this product. Trying to get a hold of any one to figure this problem out has been a nightmare and unsuccessful so far.

ordered my remote start on nov 16,2020 with an installation scheduled for dec 17th.i bought it on sale and i still haven't even received a phone call explaining anything.i can order it online right now and have it delivered to my house,i can get it by the 12th of jan,so how can an order on nov 16 still not be even found? wouldn't the smart thing to do be to send it to me so i can get it installed? i had back surgery on nov 30,2020 which is a major reason i need to be able to warm my car.i'm disabled and this is best buy causing me pain for no reason.FIX MY ORDER NOW.

Works ok. Wish it would do better w/ heating the car initially. Definitely glad I got it installed w/ the cold coming in.

Bought many of this model, will buy more as i get different vehicles.

Bought this item looking at picture stating "Installation Included", but as per customer care the installation is required and need to be paid out of pocket. Remember if its on deal check if you have the option to select the store for installation and double check that you don't have to pay for it.

Had an appointment with geek squad to install a car remote starter, and when it was time for my appointment (2 weeks later), they did not even have the items in stock. I dont know how this even happens. Had to cancel the order... A waste of time, unreliable, and irresponsible. Make sure you call days ahead of your appointment and keep these boys in check.

After a while the unit began failing to start, locks work, engine cranks, won’t start. Even worse, it won’t start with the key either. Doing the “5 times” on/off eith the key sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t…

Got it installed in my Infiniti Q50, never worked properly. Having issue with my car locking systems, paid money to car dealership to fixed it, issue occurs again.

My purchase for installation was cancelled because my installation appt was after the order pickup date. Horrible system this company uses.

Do not buy these remote starters for any new toyota with push to start. The remote starter works but will automatically turn off as soon as a door is opened due to a toyota safety feature that cannot be bypassed. AVOID

Im waiting over 3 hour for install but it not finish. Normally it should be done in 2 hour. Im so angry . The guys install it he run out and not work on my car in 1 hour and he tell me he so busy.
