Overall the remote starter is great when it works but I believe the issue may only be a one off to me because a family member has the same vechicle and remote start as me and they have not experienced the same issues as I have. After installition it worked well for a day and stopped working shortly after. Took it back and Geek Squad reset it and got it working again same thing happened again. I had to pull my battery to reset it again to get it working. Since then it's only been a few days and it's working now. Waiting to see if it will hold it if problem will keeping coming back. If it comes back I will request the modual to be swapped out.

Great product and works well with my diesel truck. I highly recommend using to start your vehicle so it can warm up before you have to go.

Good purchase! Range is much better than previous system and startup has worked well. No issues syncing with security add on.

The 2-way feature is the way to go! When turning on your car via the remote start, it lets you know that the vehicle turned on by beeping a 2nd time. Got it at a great price and had it installed via Best Buy. Our 2nd remote start and happy with them! Install guy was great and very happy with how clean and careful during COVID!

Benefits me well sue to my disability when pre warming / cooling my car . It’s so worth the cost and Best Buy Geek Squad was awesome at installing .

Great product love the 2 way comunication when the unit recoeves the comand. You don't qurstion weather the car got the command.

Just moved to NY and bought this to start the vehicle in the a.m in order to avoid sitting in the cold car too long lol I live in a 5 story brick building, park about 300 meters away, and the two-way sensor works great ! I just had it installed 1 week ago, and I hope to continue to love it as much as I do now !

Hey, plain and simple. Tempature dropped to 30 degress and without the remote start would of added a extra 15 minutes to my morning. That’s 15 more minutes to rest or get ready. No Brainer. Plus the price was cant miss.

Had this installed by the Geek Squad before winter. The range on this system is very impressive! Love the feedback on the key fob to let you know that the vehicle started. Wish I would have installed a remote start sooner, will never have another vehicle without it!
