I purchased online, installation was included. Great product, didn’t have the best experience at the store. The install did get done and the item has worked very well so far.

Got this on sale around the first of the year. Would be happy with it full price. We haven't had an issue at all with it. Works as it should when it should. The installer at bestbuy in Fayetteville, AR was great. Took half the scheduled time, took him maybe a couple minutes to clearly and methodically go over everything with me, and was on my way.

I have been using this for over a year and its a godsend in winter and it has excellent range as advertised. At work we have a huge parking lot and I can start my car from my office without fail even when my car is as one end of the lot.

Great especially with the snowy days recently. I purchased one a few years ago for a friend and he bragged about ease to operate and to get into a warm truck. Another thing was that purchase was relative to the one purchased awhile ago. Both were Purchased as part of Black Friday Sale

Very happy with this purchase and the install done by the Geek Squad. Bought it when it was on sale, so demand was great and had to wait a bit for the install. Installer helped me with questions on purchase, and did a great job explaining everything. Should have had it installed years ago. No more cold car in winter

Awesome product, got it on a great deal. Works perfect with my Nissan Rogue. I would give 5 stars but the wait time for installation is too long, typically at least a month or two away. Best Buy needs to look into this. I also ran into few glitches when I tried to schedule the installation online.

It had to wait 6 weeks for my appointment but definitely #worthit. I was late to get my car and the Best Buy associate (that didnt even work in automotive) knew everything about the starter and showed me the ropes.

It work very good! And start from long distance my daughter is very happy to get warm her car in the winter time before she drive it !! Súper recomendable!

Works perfectly in our 2013 Nissan Rogue. Had to install myself due to the tire monitor light being on due to a missing sensor. Best Buy will not install if any dash lights are present, just a warning to all.

I love using jt. My wife loves using it. 3,000 ft is a nice distance. Especially here in alaska in the cold. Having the car warmming up while shopping or in the mall .
