Dead Battery

However, this remote start keeps draining my battery! I can not go three days without turning my car on or it dies. The dealership tested my battery, its new and working fine. They said it's most likely my remote start since I only had problems recently. I got stranded in an airport parking lot because my battery died. It is basically useless.

When turning on your car via the remote start, it lets you know that the vehicle turned on by beeping a 2nd time. Got it at a great price and had it installed via Best Buy. Our 2nd remote start and happy with them! Install guy was great and very happy with how clean and careful during COVID!

I just had it installed 1 week ago, and I hope to continue to love it as much as I do now !

Overall great but had some issues

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the remote starter is great when it works but I believe the issue may only be a one off to me because a family member has the same vechicle and remote start as me and they have not experienced the same issues as I have. After installition it worked well for a day and stopped working shortly after. Took it back and Geek Squad reset it and got it working again same thing happened again. I had to pull my battery to reset it again to get it working. Since then it's only been a few days and it's working now. Waiting to see if it will hold it if problem will keeping coming back. If it comes back I will request the modual to be swapped out.
