Installation and price is misleading

But the reason I am giving it a 1 star rating is because before you purchase the item they make it seem like instillation is free if you purchase this item from the store. That’s not true. You have to have a membership for their tech group, and you don’t realize this until you make attempt to make an appointment for this. The membership is a offered annually. And it’s 100 dollars. If you don’t buy the membership, you will be looking at close to 200 dollars installation fee. Don’t and won’t need their membership for anything but this, but if you want the device installed for a cheaper price you’re stuck purchasing a year membership.

Was sold an resold again (too long of a story to tell) the wrong device, per the Puyallup Geek Squad installer "B", who rescued me from the chain of incompetent associate that created the situation that circled the bowl and flushed out to him.

I’m a little disappointed because it doesn’t work well in the building I work in especially because it’s a two way. I still can’t figure out I’m how to work the drone so I haven’t used it yet. It keeps telling me the code doesn’t work so I’ll have to bring it back to Best Buy.

4th time of locking down is a charm

Only way to start it is to undo battery. Never had issues with Viper systems. Will be visiting BB soon to see if they can swap it out.
