Horrible product and customer service from Drone! If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been dealing with customer service since May of 2023 and could never get the app to work something to do with the model of the starter and app not responding to one another! After 6 months I finally got it to work and they will not help extend my 3 year membership out! This is flat Out crazy! Best Buy made me switch to this starter and I didn’t have a great experience with getting it installed but that has been resolved now! Should have listened to my gut and stuck with my other starter I had picked out!

Better than expected just what I want to do for my Truck

Remote starter works perfectly. The geek squad team was fast professional and courteous.

Wrong product ordered. Returned it to best buy shortly after receiving it. Once again, Best Buy sold me the keyfob instead of the installation kit.

Take took 6hrs to install the alarm. This is after I was told it would take between 2-3 hrs. It was a waste of time. The take did not even install the alarm in correctly. The alarm does not go off when it supposed to at least everything else work.

Purchased this as an upgrade to my Compustar remote start. Best Buy gives a certain amount of time to return. How am I supposed to know if I need to return it, if Geek Squad can not get an appointment to install until after time is over???? It may be a decent unit, but how can I know if Best Buy takes MONTHS to get an appointment???

I found the Compustar 2-way upgrade a very reliable car starter system.

I received the remote starter package awaiting installation. I like the description of it. I will update my rating after the installation by Best buy team.

Only 1 fob comes with the 2-way and the install guys wouldn’t set up the remote that came with the original alarm system.

Range is less then stated. I think I was sold it and didn't need it. The 2way you need to subscribe for. It was not disclosed before sale or at installation

My Greenville nc store recommended this unit after the previously bb installed viper unit failed and they could not figure out how to fix it. True to form, they could not get this one installed.

This product doesn't want you to install it yourself. It specifically wants you to pay someone. Says it on the side of the box.

I purchased two of the Compustar 2WG15 for a x mas gift. I went over the features with the sales clerk and thoght it would be a great add on for each (different) vehicle. What was sold to me was JUST and $200. upgrade kit! Now I'm not able to return it!

I had the car started installed on December 24, 2020 and by Jan 15, 2021 (less than 3 weeks) it doesn't work. I tried to call and get an appointment and sat on phone over one hour and nobody answered. I went into store to have it fixed and the appointments are 4 weeks out. Winter will be half over and I will not even have used the car starter that I paid $500 for. I am very unhappy!

It works well. I wish the distance was a little longer.

Don't know about quality of product but they sold this to me and scheduled install. They did not mention it was only am add on and no a remote starter.

It quit working so I had to go in and get a new remote. I gave two stars because the technician was very smart and kind.

I have to say, i am having some problems with mine, it wont even start from like 20 feet away or it will start and then shut off in like 1 minute.... So sad

It's not worth the money It works when it wants to.
