Ordered this kit with the additional security system. The harness for the kit never arrived, a month and a 1/2 later they could not tell me where it was or when it would show up, and to just be patient? So I canceled the order when I canceled the order they could not refund me all of my money, because it's a bundle. And I had to accept a $138 gift card that I did not want. So please be aware before you purchase this kit that it may not show up and when you ask for a refund you will have to accept some of your refund as a gift card!

Best buy broke my car during the installation in October. Its now December and my car is still broke. Products work great once your car isn't broke.

This seems to work only if someone is attempting to steal your vehicle. I thought the alarm would sound if someone id trying to break into my vehicle. Do this is useless.

Doesn’t seem to work properly. Unsure if it’s the product or the install.

Does not go off when car is shaken. There is no way to adjust it. There was lots of donut hole tire marks in the parking lot . My truck was very clean when jr came in and dusty when left . I don’t know if my truck did that, but the donut holes was new and was car was washed before it came there, shiny and new. My car is covered in dust now .

I purchased this may 2022, would’ve loved to hear how it sounded but Best Buy came up on me and never installed it. I went back and forth with the manager and never got this issue settled. It’s been 2 years and still nothing.

I can’t say anything about it because I don’t know because I didn’t get this product

Compustar had horrible customer service, think twice before purchasing

This item said it was compatible with my vehicle and keyless entry I was having installed. It’s not compatible and was returned.

I am having nothing but problems with all the locations in Las. Vegas area. I get my appointments changed on me Without telling me

We have had problems ever since I bought it. I don’t think it was worth the money I spent.

It don't work Im not able to use the features It want.crank and sometime it might lock the doors

Typical allowing alarm system. Randomly goes off. I close my tailgate and it triggers the alarm.

Worked with "hiccups" from day one and after only a few days my son started having problems. He took it in to have it fixed, same thing happened . . . Worked for a day or two.

Crap most of the time it goes off for no reason so nope !

This alarm goes off every night for no reason what so ever at 3am. I'm about to rip it out

This is a great upgrade to my vehicle, Best Buy installed it, and I am very satisfied, remote start and alarm, working great.

My husband loves his new alarm. Has lots of great features.
