Found out about this product from YouTube. Have medium length fine, thinning hair and this is the PERFECT way to get some volume at the root without teasing. Wish I had found this a long time ago. Great price compared to other sites.

I love this product! It gave me a lot of body without the crimps and kinks showing ... If you do it properly! For those who gave it a bad review and thought it was a flat iron... Look at the name of it!.. It's called a micro crimper!!

If it were 1990, I'd buy a crimper at a great price like this was on Best Buy's website. Unfortunately, it was advertised to make it appear a flat iron. It showed up a crimper, a hair phase I left on junior high school, and which my girls and I have no desire to see on our heads. Not cool to leave this out of the description and you *really* can't tell from the picture on the box either.
Best Buy fail.

I agree with the other review. I thought this was a flat iron. When I received it and realized that it wasn't, it thought I would give it a try for what it was detailed on the box to do. I didn't get any extra body from this tool, just bad kinks in my hair! I am very disappointed and I agree with the other review that the ad for this item was misleading.
