Bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First I watched a YouTube video on these then I read reviews. Everyone said it was good. Not true from my experience. When I set it to 10 it smelled like burning plastic and I hadn't even used them yet. From my understanding 10 is a low setting and 30 is the highest. You really have to squeeze the flat irons to get them to clamp together completely. When you squeeze hot uneven plates on your hair it snags the hair and you get breakage. Which is why I tested it on weave before I put it on my hair. There was definitely breakage. Last but not least it's a number dial from 1 to 30. The directions didn't say which number was what temperature. I don't know about anyone else but the smell of burnt plastic, snagging and a mystery temperature. Is enough to make me return these things. O and my hair texture is a 4a I also tested on a 2b wasn't good for both textures!

Damage your hair

Cant say good things about this product. Doesn't do the job unless is higher temperature. If u have thin hair like me u can damage it. Plus way too hot in your hands no i don't recommend this product at all.

It's not the best

Poor quality product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I PURCHASED A Conair 134 Infiniti Pro Ceramic Flat Iron Purple AT A BEST BUY STORE AND USED THE PRODUCT JUST "ONCE". THE PRODUCT CAME DEFECTIVE AND ONLY TURNED ON ONCE. WE TRIED RETURNING THE PRODUCT WITHIN THE 45 DAYS AT THE BEST BUY STORE AND THEY REFUSED. AFTER THAT, WE CONTACTED THE CONAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SOUNDED THEY DID NOT CARE AND NOT POLITE WITH THE CUSTOMER, SAYING WE NEED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BECAUSE IT IS THE WARRANTY RULES. WHAT MADE ME UPSET IS THAT WITHIN A MONTH WAS BOUGHT THREE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AT THE SAME BEST BUY STORE AND THEY DID NOT WORK OR SHOWED A PROBLEM AT FIRST USE. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH BEST BUY AND THINKING OF DOING MY BUSINESS IN ANOTHER STORE OR ANOTHER COMPANY.
