The BB professionals installed my cooktop with no issues. Only feedback I would give is that they were not very careful with making sure they kept some safety measures to not damage my granite countertop.

Cooktop is good. I wish I had space for a bigger one. I can’t review the wok ring because it never came. I would complain, but that won’t help. I was also expecting an oven, which they promised on august 9. When it didn’t come, I complained (politely). So today they delivered the oven. Just delivered it, no installation. Maaaaybe they can install it in a week or ten days, they say. Doesn’t pay to complain; they’ll spit in your food. Or deliver a huge box to your living room, but not install. It’s about the same thing.

Our cooktop finally works. Between the installer and the associates at Best Buy, they were able to troubleshoot the problem with our cooktop. The installation company replaced the pressure regulator and the cooktop now works great now. The installation company came our several times and very patiently worked on the cooktop. They were polite, respectful, friendly and took good care not to damage my property.

We've used this service before and were really happy with it. However we did not feel the same way this time. Our installation had to be rescheduled 4 times in order to get the job done. The granite around our existing stove needed to be cut to fit the new stove, which the installers noted after their first visit. This cut in the granite was not carried out at the time of this visit. Kept on getting delayed. After calling up Best Buy Total Tech, they kept sending out people who had neither the tools nor expertise necessary to cut stone. It took my daughter calling the Best Buy sales associate in order for them to finally get it right. On the 4th visit they finally sent someone who could cut the granite. He finished the job, and then informed us that we needed to pay him $300. We thought installation was included in our Total Tech membership. Naturally we were quite surprised. After some negotiation, the contractor reduced the price down to $250. Later we came to find out that Best Buy should have sent out a team to take measurements and inform us about any charges beyond the price of the product. The stove is fantastic, however the installation process was riddled with communication issues, lackluster service, and an added cost.

The installers for my Kitchenaid cooktop were very courteous and professional. They performed the installation and removed all trash and old cooktop leaving a clean area with the exception of some pieces of trash from the install which they offered to sweep up for me but I told them not to worry about it since I was planning on vacuuming anyway. The only problem they encountered was not knowing if the unit would fit where the old unit was. The sales person who sold us the unit did not schedule a pre-fit appointment. Fortunately, everything fit well.

The installers were great. Please note that the dimensions of cooktops differ between manufacturers. However, the Best Buy salesperson ( Daniel) failed to inform us of the possible mismatch in the specifications of the new cook top (36") that was replacing an older GE Monogram(36"). We had to arrange for our granite counter opening to be cut and widened at the last minute. If we were better informed we would have made arrangements prior to the delivery. When we informed Daniel about his snafu, he sounded casual and least interested in our inconvenience.

Matt was a great person to have install our new cooktop. He was very professional, polite and courteous. He even fixed our draw that is immediately under the cooktop. Even if someone buys a different product I hope they get Matt as their installer.

I always had electric glass cooktops and find them to be very easy to clean. Especially white as opposed to the black cooktops. Very easy to use and the food cooks evenly. The white integrates well with my light granite countertop. The knobs are to the side and out of the way. Very happy with my purchase of this product.

Very good gas cooktop. Great features and it cooks the food very well. controls are easy to use. Only negative is the Printed on - off below the knobs is not easy to see..

After a long delay in getting our cooktop delivered then having one arrive broken we were worried about the installation. However, Enrique and his assistant did a fine job in making our cooktop fit safely a fad securely. He had to redo some wiring and install a hood at the same time. Installed support for the unit and cleaned up nicely. Provided us with basic instructions for operating the unit, removed old units as well. Great work.

Installed a Thermador gas cooktop. Installer through BestBuy was courteous and on time. Slight modification to the cabinet was required to make the gas line fit and it was accomplished quickly and neatly. He cleaned up what little mess he made and hauled away the packaging and old cooktop.Offered several suggestions on optimizing the installation and minimizing future clean up. Overall a very professional job.

This installation of our gas cooktop was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience of any of our home appliances. The installer called ahead to let us know about his expected arrival and arrived on on time. He was very pleasant to deal with and answered all of our questions and took the time to ensure the install was done properly and that we were happy with the job.

First, you need to know three things. It is so easy to clean verses a gas rangetop. Second, you can only use pans that are magnetic like all clad. Third, needs higher amps so may need costly electrical work done.

When the day finally came for installation after waiting 2 months, installation was done professionally. I have no complaints of work done. The process of purchasing the cooktop and paying for installation was a nightmare! I will not buy from Best Buy again any major appliance. The run around on setting appointments and keeping them was a disaster. No communication and follow through with order processing!

I was presently surprised by the professionalism and care taken when installing our new gas top. The technician was friendly and communicative and answered the questions I had quickly and informative. With all that sais I had a problem putting back one of the drawers and called customer servic. The technician was out the next day ans within 15 minutes the problem was quickly resolved

For our kitchen remodel, we decided to get all new appliances. Since everything was going to be new it seemed easy enough to install the cooktop ourselves. Once the product arrived, it was clear that even this job was better left to the professionals. After the installation team arrived they did a quick lay of the land and pointed out some issues we hadn’t seen in our remodel. Though trivial in nature, the attention to detail was spot on. Glad we had this installed and didn’t DIY!

Very happy with this gas cooktop though still learning which burner to use since variety of sizes. Cooktop has five burners and I am used to one with four burners. Must relearn how to fit my pots on the cooktop.

The technician from Texas Home Pros arrived on time wearing his mask. He was very polite checked the doors and path to kitchen was safe to carry the cooktop through without any problems. The installation was completed efficiently and without any issues. He tested it worked correctly. Packed up the old cooktop and removed it for us. I would definitely recommend this technician.

Courteous and knowledgeable installer, but there was a gas leak. Had to call back and it was corrected quickly. Great communication from local installer. Would use again and give 5 stars, except for having to call back.

The Best Buy rep helping me do the initial scheduling on the phone was not clear on the fact that they hire 3rd party installers to do the work. I assumed that they would arrange for the installer to come after the delivery of the appliance, but no. I was being called by the installer hours before the appliance arrived at my house. On top of that I found out after everything was arranged that it was an extra $70 to install a gas line valve. The BB reps did not inform me of this. Make sure to ask lots of questions when scheduling an installation, don't assume that every BB rep will tell you everything you need to know.
