We love our Thermador Masterpiece induction cook top. The mirror finish is stunning. It is so easy to use that we are successfully trying lots of new recipes. Steaks grilled in a cast iron skillet has never tasted better. Installation was a breeze. The tech arrived on time, in 30 minutes he was finished and took the old cooktop with him. We recommend the cooktop and Best Buy

The installers arrived in a timely manner. I was alerted in advance of the time frame, and received a call when the installers were nearby. The two gentlemen had been teaming for quite some time. They had good rapport with each other and were respectful and informative. Clearly, this cooktop was too small for the cut-out in the granite counter. They provided instructions for the next steps to correct the problem.

Installers arrive later than expected. They had called to let us know they were running late. Installation was done quickly and efficiently. Guys gave us a demonstration to show us how everything worked.

The gentlemen who installed my new Samsung Cooktop did a great job. They were very clean and efficient. The installation was smooth and quick. Most of all, everything workes perfectly, no mistakes! They were very timely and gave me a 20 minute notice and they took my old Cooktop away along with the cardboard and packaging of the new Cooktop.

Overall pleased with the cooktop. A little concerned with knobs easily peeling paint coat. Will probably take pictures and submit for replacement of knobs. Very happy with installation service.

1st visit (to premeasure) 1 Star. they said would need to cut on both sides and lose two drawers under countertop stove and this would be $140 extra paid to them for the work. also rep who measured it spoke shady of the company said if another rep comes they would charge differently... I thought same company... I was OK I want the new countertop stove.... 2nd Visit (5 stars) to install the unit and no additional costs or work was needed they were in and out in under an hour A++ work. Great work 2nd Team.

The team of two men arrived on time. They had called earlier to let me know when to expect them. They were very professional, wore mask and got right to work. They got the cooktop installed and demonstrated how it worked. They cleaned up all packing material and even asked for a broom to sweep the floor. I felt confident they knew what they were doing.

Installers were several hours late which they attributed to over scheduling. I was charged $50 additional abecause they had to grind 1/4" of granite out of one corner of the granite countertop.

Thé installer detected that the prior installation was defective and additional work would be required to safely install the cooktop. He was very d’excellent at explaining the issue, the solution, and what we needed to do to avoid delays and other issues. Work from there was great.

first item was missing parts, so atleast they came out and replace the item and took care of that so that was a plus. However when you have something installed from any box store if anything is not perfect and pretty much ready for them to plug and play then they just leave whatever they are supposed to install there ( reguardless of you spending over 8000$ ) so be prepared to install yourself if any type of modifications have to be made on any type of installation. Other than that the product seems good and they did replace like I said so thumbs up for that.

The only reason this rating is average is because of the 3rd party installer involved. The installing team was very helpful and knowledgeable in installing the gas line item. Also their office scheduler was instrumental in getting a firm date for installation. My installation date was changed at least 5 times before the installer helped set a reasonable date. If not for them my rating would be poor.

So far this cooktop is meeting the expectations, my wife is happy. Hope the ignition knobs don’t peel off like the previous GE cooktop did.

the two young men who installed the cooktop went out of their way to make it fit. what i wish they would have done was check for gas leaks before they left. now I know for next time

Great job installing. But we were no showed 3 times with no notice for premeasure and installs. 3rd install appt they did a good job after getting the district manager involves to make it happen

I don't understand why companies ask consumers to write a review on new products/appliances...MY LORD...The appliance/product is new. In most cases consumers do not have difficulties with new products. Consumers can only...(in my opinion,) speak on the astatic of the product/appliance. So far, I am really enjoying my gas Cooktop. However, since this appliance is relatively new, I would have to give an update in a few months time.

I was disappointed that they did not clean up the shredding before reinstalling my rollout shelf. Also, the cooktop was a tiny bit smaller than the original GE I had them remove, so there were a few gaps between it and the granite. They should have caulked it to make it fit and avoid particles dropping down into the cabinet below. I had to then hire a contractor to do this for me , for which I had to pay an additional charge.

The guys that installed were terrific. They made sure the cooktop fit even though our measurement was off. Also, we thought they would bring the gas line cable but it has to be purchased separately. They told me where to buy it and came back at the end of their day to make sure it was a perfect and safe fit.

As an ex-tech manager, I know when someone knows what they are doing and the installers were that. They also informed me of what they were going to do, what was going on during and all pertinent information afterwards. A little extra work was required to make a 2020 cooktop fit in the space of the former 1987 cooktop and it was performed flawlessly.

was not very happy 1st. installation had a gas leak and had to call gas co. and shut stove up. had to have a new stove and it took for ever to get it and set up installation.
