One set for each of the drives, and one set for mounting the frame. For you first timers... mount all drives in the frame, then the frame.

My item was in perfect condition and works just how I need it. This item doesn't come with rails to insert into a drive bay, so future buyers be wary of this. Luckily I already had a pair to use with this order.

Clearly mentioned in the description and what’s included BUT not in the box. Don’t get me wrong, this is a quality bracket, but a great deal would have included the cable that was described. No way to notify Best Buy about the error other than calling as they removed the email contact information.

Simple and complete with painfully tiny screws

The only complaint I could levy is dealing with tiny screws, but once in place there's no need to mess with them again.

One slight problem may be that it's not quite possible to stagger the drives' depth enough (or flip the top drive upside-down) to be able to use L-shaped SATA cables on both - you can use L-shape on the bottom but would need the "standard" cable on the top.
