Nice light strips but wish they could be internally connected to the power supply. The need to connect to a USB port is a pain too. I routed the AC adapter and USB cable through an open PCI slot port. Would be better if everything could be kept inside the computer case

Love these. Nice and bright. You can use this on any corsair controller. Sync these with the fans.

Over all works great, but not a 5 star due to two issues: 1) They’re not as bright as I wish they could be, and 2) they don’t work with iCue on Mac, which hopefully will be addressed with an update sometime in the future.

Good product excellent amazing easy to use cheap and good quality

If you already have Corsair products and use icue, you already know they never disappoint. Lights are great, beautiful diffuser and met all my expectations. Little on the pricey side but, I choose to keep all my rgb with Corsair and I’ve never had any issues.

Installation was a it tricky, the magnets that are included stuck "fairly" well even after cleaning my instal area. One strip was defective I am exchangiong it.

The Corsair iCUE LS100 Smart Light is a novel approach on ambient lighting, giving you the ability to have ambient lighting, expand on screen game/movie effects into a soft ambient hue, or set up for music synchronization. In the box are the 4 flexible light strips (2 short, 2 longer), power cord, connector hub, connectors, and magnetic adhesive strips. Setup is easy, plug in, determine if you want your strips mounted as backlighting on the back of your monitor, or other configuration based on setup. Note the connectors aren't very long ~2", so options and monitor size are limited unless you purchase additional expansion lights. There is associated software through Corsair iCUE, and while not required, without it you are limited to the generic RGB color chase. While the intentions are good with the magnets and adhesive, this approach means the magnets can fall off if someone moves the monitor / bumps the stand. The magnet approach may work best with the stability that wall mounted monitors offer. As far as overall visual effects, this light strip adds a subtle hue, due to the light diffusion built into the strip. Of course, the darker the room, the better the effects. Note, if you are set up far away from a wall, your experience will be different than a setup that has a wall or objects behind the monitor to reflect off of. Also the placement of the lights on the back of the monitor relative to size will impact how vibrant the colors appear while using. Placing the strip near the monitor's edge with a wall behind the monitor will have far more visual impact than in the middle of a larger monitor with more than a few feet of space behind the monitor. Using the software you can create numerous color schemes and movement, extensions of your on screen colors, or audio basic patterns. One nice feature is the ability to have the ambient light available, even if the monitor is off. Otherwise, I didn't have the patience to try out much of the various functionality but the options to have an impressive light scheme are there if you have the time. Overall the LS100 kit is a great versatile light strip, with numerous configurations and ways to enjoy. There is a bit of room for improvement regarding plug and play in both the time to setup, the flexibility in setup, and the configuration in the software. Overall a nice feature if you have the time to put into getting the lights placed correctly and configuring the software.

It seems intended to put on the back of your monitor, but I put it on top of our entertainment center. I love being able to change the color schemes! Looks great. The icue software that runs it could be made easier to use, but that is not specific to this product.

Lights up nicely for what I'm using it for. They're easy to install and integrate well with the icue software.

Purchased this as a gift and I'm happy. I was able to price match online and used a rewards to lower my out of pocket. The person who recieved loves the functions of changing the settings of the colors/speed. Made great and would buy again.

Love these lights, but the magnetic strips that come with it are a little to weak, other than that, they’re perfect

Next to Phillips play strips these are the best of the best! Just don't bother if your not using them with a pc. The icue software and linking with all your corsair products is what makes them great.

Ambient light setting very blue and not bright is my main complaint. Otherwise great.

This item is awesome and works as advertised. I should have measured first though, I now need to buy the expansion kit as I have a 49” Samsung Odyssey G9

I am I bif fan of corsair products I own at least 8 of them but this purchase I am not happy with.it was hard to install with all these magnet plates and wires it just doesn't look good. The only thing I like is the appearance of the lighting itself.

Good product, you're paying for ICUE integration.

Very cool backlighting for my gaming pc monitor. I have it set to sound activated so when sounds happen in games the wall behind my monitor lights up, adds some realism.
