Worked amazing. No issues for 5 days. I was playing warhammer II, doom, and fortnite for less than 3-4 hrs a day for 3-4 days when it died. Screen started having severe artifacts that looked like space invaders, then it shut down unexpectedly. Wouldn’t boot. I called Corsair customer service they suggested I turn it off unplug it and push a the CPOS button on the back——I did this... left it off for an hr and tried to restart it. Would not work appropriately, it would turn on but the graphics card was most likely a dud. Huge shame. I can’t believe they didn’t quality check a product before sending it to a customer. This cost way to much for it to not work appropriately. It’s like buying a Mercedes and having a crap engine that does after less than a week of casual use. The return process via best buy was awful as welll. I returned it today, they stated they would not issue refund immediately and that the computer would have to be shipped elsewhere first which would take a week, and after they received it, it would take 7-10 business days. So a month??? I’m going to have my bank reverse charges. This is absurd.

This unit is super fast and in such a small case! I love it! The lighting is nice as well.

Doing great so far, using it for mostly Iracing with the Samsung Odyssey g9 ultra wide great GPU, CPU & Fram rate also has a DOF p3 motion seat connected handles it all. Got a great deal when it was on sale also BB honored price match from competitor thank you BB

Great computer for gaming liquid cooling is effective

This $3500 machine worked great for 3 weeks. Now it won't even turn on. Did all the trouble shooting on Corsair's website.... can't even return it to Best Buy because the stores are closed until 5/19/20. Such a disappointing experience.

Had alittle of a year then just crashed have to get a new one

Great gaming pc, worth the buy. The only issue is there is no room for expanding.

this computer is amazing I could download applications play games and listen to music all at the same time and it ran ultra-smooth on my 240 Hz monitor. the only thing I wish was better is I wish that all storage was on SSD rather than only a third, but that was easily replaced.

So my computer crashes over the weekend and I buy this one because it is highly rated by independent sources. So I am sitting around the house bored at night because I don't have television waiting for my new cool computer to arrive. So today it gets here and I get home kind of late after busting it out all day open the puzzle box it came in and start to set it up. Wait what in the heck? It does not have a normal video cable it has a special outlet that my HDMI cables won't fit. I need a special cable and Best Buy closes at 7 and it is 7:30 I go to Office depot and Target and Walmart they do not have this special cable! So all I can do at the moment is vent to the Geniuses that designed this and left me frustrated tonight because I have a 3500 dollar brick in my man cave that I can't use because I need a special cable that no one told me about, you could have put one in the box or at least e mailed me that I need a special cable to make this thing work. No review I read mentioned this, so for any one reading this you need a uni-directional display port to HDMI cable to make it run on a tv or maybe even a monitor because all you have is three ports of this style. So I am giving this comp a 1 star because poor information sharing on their part had I known I needed a special cable I would have been ready instead of being frustrated with the situation after a long day working in the heat.
