Using my Total Tech membership, a Geek Squad agent put it in my new build. Unfortunately, when they handed me the PC they were busy and we couldn't test it in-store. They did give the original box with leftover cables but it did not come with the power cord to connect to an outlet. After all the above happened, I have spent approx. 2.5 hours (yes, two and a half hours!) on the phone and chat to no avail. Everybody passes the buck, says its another department and I have gotten no resolutions. It is ludicrous to pay for Total Tech membership, be guaranteed 24/7 Geek Squad support and get 0 help. Case IDs 315234763, 315235071, and CAS-15041662-W8F3N9.

A few inches longer would have been great. I thought the side mounted wires was weird but maybe would work good for me, it didn't. I wish id have bought another (used) evga t2 instead of this.

Playing farming simulator 22 of all things and everything shut off. The power supply gave off burnt electronics smell and would not power back on. I put in the old power supply and everything came back up normally.
