For playing online games this mouse is amazing and if you have the keyboard the software syncs the lighting between them.

I have large hands and I tried almost every gaming mouse possible and then I found this one. It fits my hand perfect and the rgb is a great feature. The CUE software you use to set the macros and rgb effects sucks pretty bad but once you fumble with it and get the hang of it this mouse is hard to beat.

I was skeptical that I needed a high performance mouse, why do I need it? I'm a programmer and got tired of changing batteries in keyboards and mice and went back to wired, hence this mouse. I walked down the aisle at Best Buy and clicked every mouse wiggling it around and this one felt good, six months later it still feels good. Read the manual... Or you will be clicking the buttons not knowing what is happening. The buttons behind the scroll wheel change pointer speed options, it's very nice once you figure it out. The side buttons were new to me and I actually still don't use them, but if they are new to you, don't hate the mouse when you keep hitting the buttons and closing you windows at first, you'll get used to the buttons being there and their position is movable with the provided hex key. I dig it, it's good.

I’ve been a CPU gamer off and on for about 10 years. Recently I got back into CPU gaming pretty hardcore and I needed an upgrade to my RedDragon I bought some years ago. I’ve had my eye on this Mouse for some time as my local Best Buy has it on display and I loved the look and feel of it. I’ve had a R.A.T 7 (Mad catz) and a Razer Epic Naga and I loved the feel of this the best. When it comes to gaming mice I feel that it’s a personal preference of how the Mouse feels in your hand. For me, I have average hands and I love the way this Mouse feels and clicks. I play WOW and TOR so having the number buttons on the side is a must. I love that you can adjust the angle so it feels more natural to me. I found with my old Mouse my hands would hurt after some gaming sessions. No complaints here, this is my favorite Mouse easily out of the the ones I’ve previously purchased and the RGB is a fun touch. Would definitely recommend this Mouse at its price. Happy gaming all!

Obviously a gamer mouse I played wow with it and other rpg games and for me it's perfect with all the buttons. The only problem I had was the mouse wheel in a year of use it broke and I've pretty much bought the same mouse but the elite version because the mouse scroll was more durable.

The mouse is great for gaming. It is built great and feels sturdy. Very easy to use and setup on Corsair CUE. I upgraded from the Corsair M65 PRO. In my case it's useful to have the additional buttons that the Pro did not have for certain games. I highly recommend for gamers.

I was reluctant to buy this because of the price but it is so worth it great gaming mouse

Love this mouse and the programmable buttons. It is fast and functions very well.

The mouse has a total of 17 customizable buttons in which that’s more than enough for a mouse. The size is slightly big but I don’t have too much of an issue with it. The mouse buttons on the side can be adjusted forward or backwards depending on where you feel they are comfortable.

Great mouse for MMOs . I had a naga and it was cheaply made. This mouse is made with great qualitt. The software needs to be fixed though. Its a pain in the butt to mess with and has trouble saving profiles to the mouse.

This gaming mouse is the best one I've spent money on yet. Really brings together an RGB gaming set and gives phenomenal costume settings that allows for millions of ways to match it with all other corsair products.

Worked exactly as expected from its description. Although the CUE software was a bit vague upon first glance (has to be installed manually to access full customization of features; in addition, as a heads-up for anyone else that may become confused with apparent missing features, the CUE software currently separates certain features and functions using a togglable "advanced" mode that allows even further customization beyond basic presets once switched on, which was initially confusing for me), once one fiddles around with the settings and becomes more familiar with its set-up between software and hardware this mouse becomes only all the more better! Excellent flexibility in customization all around and maintains fantastic quality in performance.

Great mouse and I like the adjusting feature to move the side buttons for your comfort. It’s a bulky mouse which may not suite everybody. The software to setup bindings/macros has a little bit of a learning curve.

This mouse is a must have. I have been a heavy MMO player for years, and have always had a gaming mouse to help with macros. Up until recently I had been using the Naga, but it went out and no longer functioned properly. After very meticulous research I bit the bullet and bought the Scimitar. It's not even a comparison. The Scimitar wins on all points. It feels MUCH better in the hand, gripping it feels great, whereas the Naga is clunky and feels like you struggle to hold it, and the button cluster is movable for maximum comfort, and the naga cluster is immobile. After using both mice, for heavy MMO gaming, the Scimitar wins hands down. I will never go back to a Naga. Thank you Corsair.

As an MMORPGS player, I love this mouse because of the 12 side buttons that you can customize to whatever you want. Totally worth it.
