Many appreciate the extensive customization options available, although some found the accompanying software somewhat complex. Solid Replacement for Naga

I bought the Scimitar as a replacement for the Naga and I think it's a great product. The only complaint I've got is with the Corsair Utility software. The mouse itself is high quality and I especially like the ability to tweak the position of the thumb number pad. The number pad can be slid up and down and locked in place with an allen wrench that is included.

Outstanding enthusiast gamer mouse. The 12 programmable keys are adjustable so none of that one size fits all mentality is in the design. The mouse is very responsive for when I'm playing FPS style games. Having owned the Razor Naga before this I would recommend this Corsair mouse over it any day.

bought this for my 2 boys age 11 and 13. my 13 year old likes it because the game he plays needs the digits on the side of the mouse to play better. my 11 year old dont like it though because its too big for his hands. this mouse is good for big hands. the cord is too long too.

This is a great basic, entry level gaming mouse, as long as you don't need any fancy features. It's very light, and the RGB is a nice touch. Corsair warranty service is really good. I did need to service it, and I received a new mouse in exchange. Great service.

Once optimized to your personal pref. Its one the best mice Ive had in a long time, especially for the price I paid. It was on sale for I believe like 70/80$ And is worth far more in terms of use and user friendliness.

I love this mouse! It’s not too small and it’s not too bulky. It feels well made and has weight too it without it being too heavy to play fast paced games. I’ve tried tons of mouses and all brands and this one is my favorite so far.

Feeling I really wanted to return to a wired mouse, I researched many brands and designs, read many articles about them and concluded this was the one for me. I like the size, feel and weight. I think Corsair did a great job with the design. The best feature to me though is the twelve programmable and movable thumb keys. It makes program functions available at the touch of a thumb and with twelve to use you shouldn't run out of options. You can also program different layouts for different programs, which is great if your computer use is diversified. The feel of the keys is just right and being able to position them where you feel comfortable is just what you need. Although I don't have need of them, color zones are available. I have been working with electronics and computers for over 40 years and the is best mouse I have used.

Unfortunately, there was a left click issue with my first item, but thanks to Best Buy’s awesome return/exchange program, I was able to bring home another one. It works great and I can definitely say that it’s one of the best gaming mouse I ever used so far.

This mouse is awesome. Coming from a Razer naga I didn't think I'd like it as much as I do but I was wrong. It has the same 12 button grid on the side of the mouse but that grid can be adjusted unlike the naga. I also have big hands so the corsair wins because it has more bulk than the naga. I'm a 6ft 3in tall guy and don't like small peripherals but got the naga because at the time it was the best thing. The CUE(Corsair Utility Engine) will be a learning curve for someone new to these type software configuration tools but its not too bad. Once you get the hang of that the rest is a breeze.

This mouse is perfect. It's designed to be macro friendly with the numbered side buttons, but also works very well for shooters. The accuracy and programmability within Corsair's software make this mouse perform exactly how you want it.

Great mouse! No complaints really. I need to explore it's customization more, though, because one of the buttons closes out of my game and I accidentally click it more than I'd care to admit.

I wanted to get into using a keyboard and mouse for playing MMO's on the PS4 and needed a gaming keyboard and mouse for a PC rig I'm building. I asked around and without a doubt the Corsair brand was mentioned over and over again. After doing some research I settled on this mouse for it's macro keypad feature. It makes performing certain functions in games easier than having to hover around the keyboard for the right key. Occasionally, the mouse will lose connection to the PS4--not sure if this has to do with the mouse needing to be in BIOS mode while using with the PS4, but a simple unplug/re-plug fixes the issue. I keep the mouse plugged into my keyboard so maybe that has something to do with it? Not sure, but the mouse is fantastic in every other aspect.
